    I've been using the 1.2.3 rev 2a (I think), with lightsensor disabled and pam's harvestcraft and earthcraft installed. So far it has been working perfectly, but after about an hour of playing, I was on the last staircase of a battletower and decided to make a copy of my save file. I quit, copied my save, and after reloading the save, I blackscreened. Here's the error log:

    I notice something about mob spawners, I did have some in my inventory at the time. I read back a page, and saw that blitzwolf389 had the same error, also being after they reloaded their save. If I do need to delete my mob spawners from my inventory, then any ideas on how to edit .dat files?

    when you upgrade, it resets anything that was inside your stronghold. so yes. build everything outside your stronghold. for more details watch the videos. it expands in the same direction every time, so unless you have tier three, than you should put your chests directly outside the entranec.

    go into your inventory with NEI enabled, go Options->Show Unused Blocks, then look through NEI to find a block ID that isn't used.

    go into .minecraft
    open the config folder
    change modloader.cfg to a different name, or delete/move it
    change the name of modloader-strange.cfg (or something like that) to modloader.cfg
    open up, enjoy!
    also note that you should backup your saves and probably keep a copy of modloader.cfg (the first one) somewhere just in case.

    There's a reason he has them disabled by default. If they start disabled, then they don't work without some other mods being disabled. Read the last couple of pages, other people have been having the same problem. If you want those mods, then you will have to figure out which mods work with them by yourself.
    If you want more creeps, then get rid of the modloader.cfg file (you might just want to change the name, in case you want to use it later), and change the strange.cfg file name to modloader.cfg. You will lose some of the other mods, but more creeps will be in there, along with a few other new ones.
    btw, this has been answered before. Just read the last few pages, someone will usually have an answer to your problem.

    His "next release" was for either 1.7.3 or 1.8.1 at that time. Also, this modpack is usually incompatible with other mods, and I know that WRS changes a lot of things in the game, some of which I'm fairly sure don't work with the other mods.
    In the unlikely chance that it is compatible and it's the block id's that aren't compatible, then do this:
    Reset your .minecraft back to before installing WRS (with AMCO installed).
    Go to NEI, check the unused blocks (go to options->show unused blocks). Record the block id's.
    Reinstall WRS.
    Go to the WRS config file (probably .minecraft->config->wirelessredstone.cfg).
    Change the block id's of WRS's new blocks to the unused blocks that you found using NEI, and it might work.

    I personally haven't tried with WRS, but that strategy has worked with other mods in the past. If not, just keep checking the forums.

    actually, this happens even in the vanilla minecraft. (I think) its because when you delete a save within minecraft, it doesn't delete the save inside the .minecraft saves folder, and when you make a different world with the same name, it loads the save with that name.
