gl getting someone your discord says you are not accepting friend requests. It says that you will have to add me. You didn't post on this forum that we needed to put our discord... Infact you just gave your discord.
If you want to run a server you going to need it to be idiot proof. You can't overlook small instances, because in the case that you are allowing people to play on a server which you own and run who takes the credit when peoples security and accounts are hacked, abused, there are griefers cheaters ect.
You will, your the admin. Most people on your server would never even know my name. they will congradulate you on how great your sever is even when its me on the back end making it all happening following your orders, and actually putting in the work. On the other side if your server has turned to chaos, and everything is dropping people are no longer playing and it takes to long to fix because someone wasn't careful in the development stage and now redoing everything is a headache and your server population drops by 20% each fiscal quarter. who gets the blame then?
It would be your fault. Most people don't even know who I am other than a staff member and dev, but your the one that makes the call. You were the one that hired the dev. you were the one that watched as he cut corners to make the server work... You are the face of the server when someone says xserver.mc they will think of you when things go bad...again you... so why should I give you my discord, and tell you to add me instead when you can't even make a decent forum post... You didn't even give any info on what the server might be like just add me xxxxx#1234 and we cannot even add you
Not saying I wouldn't work on your server. The above question is legitimate. Give me a good answer why and Ill consider it. everyone makes mistakes even a dev. You may have just been in hurry when making this post as your wife was in labour and you were driving to the hospital while making a "looking for dev" post on the minecraft forums and overlooked it. **** happens. from both server admins and devs. Understanding that and working quickly with each other is how a server gets up and running smoothly and effeciently... knowing that both parties are doing everything they can to improve the server and themselves

Are the positions paid?

Is the developer role also included? and if so, is it paid?
Kind regards,
