Hello, I own a Factions server (currently in development) and I was wondering if any server Owners would like to add it to a bungeecord? Profits would be split evenly of course; or if anyone is interested in being an owner with myself and expanding into a Network.

I have owned servers, one quite recently but I decided to let it go due to Christmas and funding. I have an immaculate image of tidiness and coordination within a configuration file. I can configure pretty much anything, making your server work properly and look awesome at the same time. I have over 100 Faction(s) plugins in my directory, some of them being custom and some of them being premium. I have been developing since 2016, giving me 4 years of knowledge and experience. If you would like proof of development please add my discord.
Why should we pick you?: I am mature, intelligent and quick on my feet. I can solve issues within 5 minutes, usually (this is of course subjective to the situation). Factions is in my opinion the easiest gamemode to configure and create as it offers the most plugins and plugin support. Right now, I'm off from College for Christmas therefore I have a lot of free time and I can work whenever for as long as I need. I'm always online therefore you won't need to wait for me to configure or develop.
Strengths and weaknesses:
Weakness: I don't ever know what to put here; I don't really have any weaknesses related to Minecraft or Development therefore I see no need to put them here for privacy reasons.
Strenghts: I am available all of the time and I can do whatever is needed; I have 4 years experience and knowledge and I have over 100 plugins available. I can work long hours also. On the other hand whilst developing I can manage the server if no other Staff are present; for example I can maintain a smooth environment for players whilist working on the server.
My application is really short as this is a public forum and I don't want to disclose a lot of information publicly; please add my discord for more information.
I asked him if the position was paid and replied with a straight "No" then continued to block me. I wouldn't suggest anyone working here as he seems to be that Owner who asks for a lot yet pays nothing.
It would be more useful to Server Owners if you displayed pricing on here, how much are you expecting off the Owner or are you working for free? There are may Owners that probably can't afford a developer so when they see your post and think you might be free and then they add you and you give them a price that could be a real let down.
