I was thinking of a mod last night and here is what I was thinking; at the late game, you would be able to combine a netherite ingot with a compass and some soul sand to make a soul sand portal, just a nether portal with soul sand (the item would be called the soul compass and would light the portal) to access what I will call the "soul dimension" with a grim reaper boss, I am thinking the boss would drop a new item; I will leave that up to anybody willing to make this because I am out of ideas
