I feel a role such as this would be very well suited to my own skill set as my actual job is as an administrator which involves overseeing other members of staff and ensuring that they are carrying out the tasks included in their job role and ensuring the guidelines in which they are allowed to operate within are adhered too.
3) Previous experience or other such - As stated in the previous question I have legitimate administration experience but in terms on minecraft servers I do not but I wouldn't let that stop me from doing my job correctly.
4) Why should we pick YOU - [/b]I always strive too be the hardest working person and I am quick to learn and I feel like I have many ideas that would come in useful to a growing server.
5) Why did you pick US[/b]? - I chose yourselves as I have looked up your server and I have much experience playing factions and skyblock and that is the environment I would love to work in and help your community grow bigger and better than ever.

We have an idea for a new skyblock server, we have the idea of what we want in the server with what plugins and custom add-ons we want.
