How did you hear about The Sanctuary SMP community?: I was just searching through the forum and this one stood out above the rest because of its strong branding and good structure! The video is also done beautifully and gives a great picture of what to expect.
What is your favorite/preferred base/building style?
I'm a big fan of larger detailed builds where everything is accounted for and all fit nicely into the big picture. I like creating useful and efficient Redstone contraptions and seamlessly hiding them within my creations to make a smooth and aesthetic yet practical base.
What aspect of vanilla gameplay draws you towards SMP?
Having a community in which you can bounce off and create with others is a huge aspect I love. Having the ability to share your own builds as well as appreciate others is amazing and I feel I will be doing a lot of appreciation judging by your cinematic video! Having others to interact with just offers a whole other aspect to the vanilla game of Minecraft that just can't be recreated with an lp world.
Do you have any experience with Minecraft communities?
Yes! I actually owned an SMP for a while. I grew it from the foundations but ultimately had to pass it on to someone who could have put the many hours of the time it needed to make it as good as I wanted it to be. From doing that I gained a huge amount of knowledge of community-based servers and a newfound respect for a good server owner and their staff!
Outside of Minecraft, what kinds of activities/hobbies do you enjoy?
I'm a videographer and motion graphic designer for a football team as well as doing freelance work on the side. I love my job as it allows me to be creative in my everyday life! I also play the drums in a small indie band as well as play golf at a competitive level!
Tell us a bit about yourself: College student in Florida, I study music and play a couple different instruments, so I'll be happy to join your discord talent show. I've been playing minecraft for almost 10 years now, and I've been looking for a server to settle down on and really dig into so that I can have something to look forward to every day. I enjoy playing other games like CSGO, Mordhau, Killing Floor, Town of Salem, MTGA, and Rocket League. I enjoyed LEGOs a lot as a kid.
What is your best build: On a previous server, I hollowed out the insides of a mountain and built a sort-of bunker, underground home complete with all sorts of typical above-ground supplements like farms, animal pens, bedrooms, portals, breweries, and enchantment rooms. It's my typical favorite thing to do when I build in a world.
How active you will be (incl. timezone): A few hours a day, with some breaks of a day or two in between. I live in Florida, so I play EST.
What you can bring to the server and our players: I'm a pretty friendly guy with a quick sense of humour and a passion for working with other members of the community for whatever is going on during the day! I'm a decent builder and I've been playing minecraft for a long time, so I can be trusted as a talented member of the community.

Tell us a bit about yourself: I’m 19 currently studying at university and in my off time love to play Minecraft. I normally like to play creative and just build stuff but been on a few survival servers before. I like to build nature builds like gardens, custom trees and pathways they are my specialty. I live on a farm when I’m not at uni and my wifi may be bad but still gets the job done. I’m not sure how long iv been plying Minecraft whenever it first released on iOS is when I started. Don’t play any other games than Minecraft and always like to finish projects iv started.
What is your best build: Well it was probably ages ago when I was on IOS I built this huge mansion that I was proud of but now I just do little projects for servers and have joined a few build teams in the past.
How active you will be (incl. timezone): I’m normally on quiet late due to uni and got to get all my work done. I mostly come on 2-3 hours a day but I’m always active on discord’s and like chatting with everyone. UTC+13
What you can bring to the server and our players: Iv been on Vintage Beefs patron server and had a sever of my own that was going well for awhile until I could no longer afford so I’ve had heaps of experience in a community server and love to work with other people. And playing with LEGO

Tell us a bit about yourself: My name is Geoff, i'm 27 and from the UK. I work as a hotel manager however with whats going on at the minute i find myself having lots of free time so i'm hoping to get back into Minecraft. When i'm not at work I enjoy gaming and taking care of my 1 year old daughter.
What is your best build: Probably a ocean monument that I hollowed out and made into a farm/base.
How active you will be (incl. timezone): GMT - Probably between 10/30 hours a week it just depends really.
What you can bring to the server and our players: I generally go for aesthetic builds over function however I can build farms too. I can bring a good sense of humor and a friendly face to the server. I have played the game on and off since 2011 so I can also help people with projects if needed.

Tell us a bit about yourself: Hello, I'm a 19 year old college student. I'm currently going to school to be a dentist, and one day hope to run my own dentist with my whole family. My brother is 15 and working towards becoming a dentist as well. I'm very cool person to be around, and love meeting new people in new communities. I've been playing minecraft since 2013 around, and have so much experience with this game.
What is your best build: My best build is when I built a huge town on another SMP server, it included 12 houses, blacksmith, farms, and a lot more.
How active you will be (incl. timezone): Eastern Standard Time. With quarantine, I can be online from 8-10 hours a day.
What you can bring to the server and our players: I can bring kindness and fun. I have so many plans to build, and many shop ideas. I will bring the best shops for the players and I love to do community events.

Tell us a bit about yourself: I used to play a lot and redownloaded it 2 months ago on my gaming pc. I am a high school athlete (volleyball, basketball) and I have been playing Minecraft for a week on a relm I found but everyone moved supper far away from spawn and we didn't have any shopping district like on hermitcraft, and when I came on today I was going to finish my huge house and do an end raid when someone blew up my house and took all my diamonds (70) and enchanted weapons. I told the owner and he said that there was nothing he could do about it. So I am applying to yours. I really want to do a lot on this server but I very lonely because none of my buddies play so I am hoping You guys have a good group going
What is your best build: I like to mix it up when it comes to builds but recently I have been doing open consept pool houses with big bunkers with a mob spawner/ xp grinder. This is the picture that I based the house I was almost finished on the realm I previously played on
How active you will be (incl. timezone): I will be on the server from 6 am- 11 pm pst (3h behind est) but I have online school and I have to work out 2 times a day and play ( LEGO) so will probably be on for 3h in the morning and 6-8h at night/evening and in between school from time to time, but on weekends I will be on way more
What you can bring to the server and our players: I am very friendly and looking to help people and learn from people and I have been doing lots of research to try and become a better player

About myself: Hi my names Bryan. I've been playing Minecraft for as long as I can I remember. My building style varies from rustic to modern. In real life i'm pretty laid back and I like to go the extra mile. I've been looking for awile now to find a sever where we can just build and have a working commumity. Im not into grieffing or causeing trouble in game or in real life.
My favorite build: My favorite i've built has to be the time I reconstructed desert temple and changed the overall design but kept the gereal concept. In the end I incresed the size ten fold.
How often I will be online: I'll be online quite often expecally sence I have plenty of free time. And I often use that time anyway to play Minecraft. Timezone: Central Daylight Time.-CDT
