okay so if you've read the original post lately, it says that I've created a website fro the server. I really need help starting it up and making it look god, so if you have ideas or would like to help, quote this post and say something.

no im running a script on my computer to make it restart every hour. It keeps the server as bug free as a alpha game can be.
Is an hour to often? I wouldn't know i haven't played more than 10 minutes on it so far. If it is to much, tell me and ill make it every 2 hours or something.
Okay so ill be running the server about 24/7, but i will have to maintenance on it every few days. Other than that, ill leave it running all the time, Hope to see you there
We are a survival sever, dedicated to having a blast. Nobody on our server spawns items, not even our admins. Why do we do this? Because frankly, seeing huge castles and random buildings gets boring after a while. We like to keep things as close as possible to the single player, without sacrificing protecting against greifers.
In order to survive on the server, you will need to join a community, where like minded players are working for a common goal, to survive. Of course, if the community grows large enough and has survived for long enough, it can become a town, then a town can become a city, and so on. With each community upgrade, all the members of the community get a special perk that cannot be acquired any other way. What is it? Thats for me to know and you to find out :tongue.gif:

If you are reading about the technical admin spot.
What I need is somebody who knows their way around java, and can write plugins for hey0's mod. Also, you will need to be able to do general bug fixes for the game, such as the block lag problem a while back. Please do not tell me you know how to write them if you don't and don't think you can fool me by ripping of a open-source plugin.
Also, please only apply if you work well with others. I don't care if your the best out there, if your not pleasant, then I want nothing to do with you.

Update: Okay so ive decided not to keep it up ALL the time, at least not until i have some trustworty mods, but it wil be up about 19/24.
Semi-new server, the old one was on a computer that died. Not to worry, Now we have 6 gigs of dedicated ram for this server and a T1 connection. YAY!
We like to have fun and just have a laugh, of course no greifers allowed but if you like to enjoy yourself in this game, come check us out.
As we are starting again clean, we have plently of room for mods and admins, in fact we are in need of them. So if you've ever wanted those super powers mods have, but your server wont give them to you, come on over. We'll promote as soon as you seem trustworthy, but please dont beg for admin. Be cool, play often, and you'll get it.
Also, since were on a clean slate here, we're open to any suggestions on what to do with the map or plugins to put in.
Oh almost forgot we're running hey0's mod with about 5 plugins right now if that matters to you.
