Chicken_bones, have you considered adding some option (checkbox?) to NEI to include hidden blocks/items in searches?

I believe what this program would seriously need, is having a
Block-ID and Item-ID program built into it.
    Exactly Like ID-Checker Mod.

Well have you tried using it to install the ID-Checker mod along with the other ones?

Any chance of adding a key to focus the search bar? :tongue.gif: I'm really lazy...

First, a bug of sorts, and I use that word loosely. I am running RedPower2 pr4b, EqEx Vwhatever-is-newest, BC V2.2.7, IC2 V1.43, PortalGun, a couple of IC2 addons, a few BC addons, and single player commands (except I took out the worldedit parts). Oh, and NEI is installed (duh!), with the RedPower NEI addon. Anyways, after going AFK with my computer running Minecraft (for the BC quarries, EE collecters, etc) for a period of time, I come back, and Minecraft is still running fine. I play for a bit, and when I go to type the "fly" command for SPC, I notice a message along the lines of "Error saved to nei.20111231.175912.txt" in the message history. It must've popped up while I was AFK, but not crashed Minecraft. I found the .txt file saved in the .minecraft directory.

    Contents of nei.20111231.175912.txt:

What does this mean? Normally, I can skim an error log like this and deduce what the problem is, but this makes no sense to me, especially because Minecraft didn't crash!

I got the same error, so I'd assume that its either BC or SPC because we both have those installed. I was messing around with the recipes part of the mod when i noticed it though.

Also, new extra: CraftHide. With it, you can hide every recipe containing a certain item. Or, really, any one of a list of items that you give it.

Any chance of adding an extra that only hides recipes that make certain items?
Also, does CraftHide work with ranges of items? (on vacation away from my computer with minecraft)

I tested gui tweaks and forge (btw i think there's in the OP--pretty sure you meant USE THIS IF YOU DON'T HAVE ITEMSPRITEAPI the second time), and it didn't crash my minecraft :biggrin.gif: But I found a bug where the potion effects part has some transparency if the currently selected item has an animation (enchanted stuff, potions, golden apple). I don't actually know if thats a bug with just this, or if just the gui tweaks mod has this too, though. Hmm.
EDIT: okay its a bug with gui tweaks

I think it'd be great if you could add some sort of labeling system so people can manually sort things by mod, if coding it into the mod itself would be too tedious. The great thing about labels is that you can give the same recipe more than one label :biggrin.gif: (something like gmail..) And if settings get saved to a config file somewhere, people could sorta just append stuff to the end of it to make it easier to label stuff by mod.. maybe set up a wiki somewhere and have a page for each mod..

Oh right, and is there any way to make it possible to pull this up while you're using a crafting table?
