The way to spawn mobs that cannot spawn is usually done via custom spawner cages (usually hidden so you don't realize they're there), command blocks, and I think the really old-school way was spawn eggs in dispensers. I'm not sure how many of these were available in 1.2.5, or if they acted any differently then as opposed to in later versions.
I looked everywhere, and found no spawners, or dispensers.
I was On was on the forums of a certain Minecraft server, which I will not name. I recently discovered this bug that lets you autoclick up to 50 cps, and gets you banned from any decent server instantly. I made a post, just to meme about this, and a bug report. The post was deleted within 5 minutes, and the bug report was strangely removed. I don't know why this glitch is trying to be silenced. It works on java and (I think) Xbox one.
If you bought java edition, no, but if you bought bedrock it should be fine.
Also, the trial version doesn't have an account, and the Xbox one edition is only available via CDs. (there is a trial, though)
also, if you bought bedrock, the only way you can import worlds is via a USB, which is quite tedious, and the only thing that will be saved is multiplayer progress. (you can't add server lists on an Xbox though) She'll need an online world to save world progress across devices, and that will cost 10 USD a month.
The only version with a trial is java and xbox one, java being on PCs and xbox one being the legacy console version of xbox one Minecraft. (it no longer gets updates, and has never received the aquatic update, and probably never will. So, unless you're nostalgic, get bedrock from the Microsoft store)
Hey there, I am someone who joined minecraft at 1.13.2 and i am still playing the 1.16.5.
I never had any Issues with pressing F10 but i have to note, that i am unable to select any alpha versions within my installation manager using the minecraft java launcher. The earlyest version i was able to install is 1.0
you need to select old in the launcher, and also delete options.txt

Command blocks weren't added until 1.4.2

Oh, that explains everything
But how did the purple sheep spawn?
The resource pack didn't change that, and it dropped purple wool.
I guess I should ask three_two if he's still around

No spawner, and a naturally spawned purple sheep in 1.2.5.
The map is Vinyl Fantasy II by three_two

It does not crash the game, you can just click the game to get back into it
this also works by pressing the alt key and works as late as 1.3 (to my knowledge, it might work in 1.16)

probably not forge, but fabric

This is mostly pointless, but I thought it was cool anyway.
The seed is 4456759981474039623
it's massive, probably one of the biggest I've ever seen.
it also is connected to a forest so you can get wood early game.
