I have been staff on 7 servers in total. This number may not seem high, but on each one of those servers, I started as a Helper and usually finished at Admin or Manager till I got sick of the server due to the owners not knowing what they were doing. One of those servers I was staff on, I was demoted for inactivity due to my 3 week vacation in the US. I have been owner of a server so I am familiar with all the commands.

Why?:
I started playing minecraft a long while back. Maybe about 5 years ago. Anyways, I loved playing faction servers. I then realized that I was fitting in with the community very well on each server I played on. I tried applying for staff on a server called TheLegendCraft who at the time, had over 400 players per day. I was accepted 3 hours after I applied. I realized that I was good at staff member when I was being promoted very quickly. The reason I want to apply here is because I like small servers. Small servers like these usually start with a nice little community and grows. I like to have an effect on how that community grows. That is why I put a lot of my time and effort to help these servers. Most servers these days are owned by 10-12 year olds who do not know a thing about how to make a server. Although I am not the 'owner' type, I am the 'staff' type. Most staff members look at me and know I am the type of person who would be a good staff member due to my proper grammar and my intention to always help people. I want to help the server because I have been looking for a server to help out, but most of them are, as I said, owned by young kids. I also love to see the look on peoples face after I helped them. I wish to continue my staff career on your server and I hope to be chosen as I will put all my effort into it

Experience: I made (from zero and alone) 2 skyblock servers, I was also moderator/admin on a lot of small servers. I also am (and was) builder/head-builder on numerous servers.

Why?: I want to help small servers to have a good start with buildings / coding. I am part of a service team called iQuake that helps small servers starting out.

Name: Jarad Age: 15 Skype: So sorry but cant get it due to technical problems. Experience: Well i hosted my own servers with much people on like 50+, and that got pretty well. I also have been high staff like admin or head admin on several servers that i helped pretty good.
But eventually those servers stopped so i had nothing to do for a while. I will always do my utmost to perform well
on me here so me and other people can have a lot of fun with me having around. Position(s) Wanted: Head-admin or admin Why?: I want to be staff because i like to help people and when I'm staff i got to answer a lot of questions and when i answer them it feels like a little bit of helping. I have a good experience with being staff actually, I've been staff on a lot of servers that i helped good. I know alot of servers/hosting them so i always so if there is a bug in the server i can like probably fix it. Like i said i have a huge experience with being staff and how to get more people on this server and how to make it like 'famous'. I can invite a lot of friends that like factions and play with them so i contribute a little bit. Anything else we may need to know: If someone was arguing in public first ill just should say they need to stop. And when they don't i just go on until they really stop.

And ill say: So don't talk ever to each other like that again or otherwise, we have another conversation.
And when they do it again ye, just like i said we will have another conversation then.
Experience: I have been a Head-Admin in a small server that unfortunately shut down due to lack of players. I was a Moderator on a server that shut down. I have been Trial-Staff for a server named VegaFactions but it shut down.

Why?: I want to be a part of this server because I want to see the growth of the not just the server itself but the community dedicated to it. I want to help build the server into a fun and friendly server that everyone enjoys. I am familiar to day-to-day situations like griefing, fights and general assistance. I can work long hours into the server and forums.
Anything else we may need to know: I can bring development and progress to the server and I think I will be a great addition to the team as I can assist in patrolling the forums and in-game. I excel at making new friends and at developing friendships with other people. I am not experienced in plugins but I work best working with other people.

Skype: Could I tell you ingame. I have experienced some technical problems to say the least when I put my skype in public.
Experience: For the past 4 years of playing Minecraft, I think I have a good understanding of what it means to be a staff member, and how I can affect another players experience bad or good on the server. I've been staff on many servers, they never got quite big but I think that the close tight knit community made me learn more. I got used to the players and I could administrate accordingly this type of administrating really made me get to the heart of the situations good or bad, grief X-Ray and look at it at a broader view. I think that that is very important of becoming a staff member.
