That is a graphical error. or so it seems. Occasionally when you move around alot in a server there appear to be giant holes in which you can see all the way down and sometimes beyond bedrock. It is a loading error. Just restart and it will re appear.

5) Any experience with the prison genre? I've been playing convicted for a while now, and though my experience may not be the best, I have learned very quickly what it is to play in a prison server.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I have been watching guards so I am fairly familiar with how being a guard works. Not only that I have read all of the rules quite a few times over. I would also love to try being a guard to experience everything a prison server has to offer. I believe I would be a good guard because I do follow the rules to the best of my abilities. I have never been banned, or sent to block D. I have been jailed before but not under any banable offenses. I am able to keep a level head in heated situations if they do arise. I am also dedicated to this server being the main prison server I play (not like any others match up.). I love the environment of the server and I love the game play that is set up here. I just think it would be very delightful to be part of so much more. The benefits of being a player are amazing, so to get a chance to become part of the staff would rank even more. Playing this server has been a great experience. And since i am so close to being Free I figured I wanted to give becoming a guard a shot. I play quite a few hours a day, when I get the chance. I work well with people, when I have to or want to (in this case want to). If a situation between me and other guards were to happen I do have the ability and the capacity to walk away. I do have some experience with pvp, especially since this is a prison server. I wouldn't call myself the best, but I am definitely not the worst out there. I don't let things pass by me very easily and I do have a tendency to notice things that others do not.
8) What is your current rank? Do you understand that we will require PROOF of your rank when/if you retire from guard? Yes, and accept that. here is my proof.

Not to mention the fact that I like the wardens.. Especially Noakii <somewhere in the application.> I do have a lot of spare time and I am on and off for a few hours at a time throughout the day. Most of all, due to the fact that I am a little older than some people that play the game, I am able to be up later hours of the night in my time zone so if I am accepted a guard will consistently be on throughout the night as well as the day. As if that wasn't enough. I have a lot of minecraft experience in itself so that wouldn't be an issue in any case what so ever. I also learn swiftly and examine things closely just to be sure that I do not make a mistake. If I do get accepted I am certain that the acceptor of the application will not be disappointed in my actions spoken as my duty as a guard. After all, actions speak louder than words. On top of that I would like to get the full prison experience and the only way to do that is of course to have a guard character.

Because the fact that I already have an alternate character, I willingly will not provide proof of its existence as a rank B character.
Its not like I care I just needed to make sure that I was not in the wrong there. If I am applying to become a guard then I need to make sure that I know the rules inside and out. To make sure that I do not do anything wrong when I become a guard (if ever). I didn't state she was abusing, much less want her to be punished over it. I just found it irritating that a guard doesn't understand the rules. I'd say or made a mistake but that is not the case here.
You ran into NON-PVP after you hit someone. ABOOSE.

The fact that I ran into non pvp ONCE is not abuse. The only way it is pvp-abuse is if I were to boarder hop, which I was not doing. if I had intentionally started the fight, got tagged, then ran into non-pvp right away then yes I could see the jail. but the fact is, I did not. I hit, i ran into non pvp, which she had her chance to tag me but didn't, then came out and she slaughtered me. It states clearly in the rules that there is a clean-slate effect for any prisoners so long as the guard does not hit them before running into non-pvp. There is always the exception of abuse if boarder hopping and doing it over and over, this is CLEARLY not the case.
Please answer me this question. anyone... ti doesn't really matter. but it did happen and in order to avoid this happening to me again I would like it to be clarified.
The guard named Flossy was standing in the middle of the C Foyer. I was wandering around and then I clicked and punched her. So to avoid being attacked or "tagged" I ran into the bank. shortly after this I came back out and she attacked me. I ran into the fish shop and asked her to stop counting because she was the one assaulting me from then on out. It is my understanding that if she didn't tag me before I got to non-pvp she could not retaliate therefore I could not be assaulted back. So I am curious, if it states clearly in the rules that prisoners get a clean-slate after they run into non pvp if not tagged, why was I jailed? and why did she assault me.
I read the guard rules every couple of days due to the fact that I would like to be a guard eventually. So, am I wrong here? or is she. Cause if I';m the one abusing the rules, please let me know, otherwise, please make sure that Flossy reads the rules. Outside of that I do not care, I just don't want people to be jailed or murdered for obeying the rules. Thank you.
Thank you for the suggestion. I tried both the killion.evotlutiongaming.org and the actual IP and neither one let me direct connect. I have no problems connecting to any other server ontop of that. So I have no clue why its not showing it as online.
Edit -I do not know what happened but I am able to see it and can login. Thank you much to those who have helped.
