Particles can create some massive lag, I personally can't even play the PC version without all particle effects turned off. So while a bit of aesthetic particling would be nice, I think it's best to keep it to a minimum, to avoid frying weaker systems that can still run the game.
These are still particles, meaning they could still be turned off, like the rest of them.
On topic. I would quite enjoy a bit more immersion, and some atmosphere in the game. I would have to use optifine and turn off flies, they are the worst. Love the concept of fireflies that are particles. Support.
The server is damn neat. Community is kind but chill. Basically vanilla SMP PvP, but with lots of improvements. I recommend you join. And join southern, there aren't many on that team! (Team Western)
Create a customized world in singleplayer, then take the world file and name it "world". Go into the file access and replace the old world file with your new one.
Issue resolved - Thanks urielsalis for wanting to help. I no longer have the issue. (Still not sure what was causing it though, sorry if anyone found this post from a search. I just removed all the mods and started to add some from scratch. It may be mods conflicting, as I left out or replaced a few listed here.)
Hi, I'm using the twitch client to create a modpack for personal use. Whenever I try to enter a singleplayer world, it exits before the loading screen and returns to the title screen. There is no crash, so I don't have a crash report or anything in the log for you guys.
The list of mods I have enabled: (Pasted directly from the modlist file generated from exporting)
EDIT: I forgot to mention that I have tried deleting all the files in the saves folder, duplicating the profile, and using the built-in "repair minecraft" option. It is also not a slow loading world, I let it sit for 10 minutes and it did nothing. I have a good enough rig to handle this amount of mods, so that isn't an issue.

You can figure out what it means if you feel like it.

Love the new colours of wool and beds. I hope they plan on adding differently coloured wood products, such as sticks, workbenches, tools, chests.
