Btw the redstone thing could work but say you but like 40 blocks inb a row within the powered range of one, you could power a toaster on the other chunk with one torch.... And no i dont think going into caves is hard, actually i have too many diamoinds...
Download the Release candidate 2 and there you go; 1.0 with all the biomes, also no new and very similar to 1.9 ( i wish they fixed the swamp biome transitions...)

If you find a demon/necromancy alter theyre used to i believe enchant or recharce soulgems. Thats what they did in oblivion... go to uesp.net and search black soul gems
This is technically off-topic, but you can get a really good PC for less if you build it yourself. I built a PC recently for 1,000$ and it maxes Skyrim.

btw, i hope everyone remembers that theres alopt more than new items, theres massive biomes, rivers and shroom trees(and soon to be smp drug dealers...)and a new mob, which drops diamonds!(tht is a temp drop, used for testing purposes.)
