I have been playing this server for over two months. This may not seem like a lot of time compared to others, but I have probably put a total of 168 hours into this server, maybe even more.
Have you ever been banned/muted?: Neither, this is due to the fact that I think that the rules are extremely important to follow.
If so, why?: Doesn't apply, thankfully.
What makes you the best choice for moderator?: I think I would be a very good choice for moderator. Since I am on a lot, as I explained above, often I will see people spamming and using caps, with no one online to discipline them. I believe that if I become Chat Mod I could help put a stop to some of this. I also would be able to start issuing punishments quickly after become a Chat Mod, because I already know all of the commands, I think. The commands I don't know, I could learn very quickly though, especially with help from other Chat Mods. I am have some experience in disciplining people, since I am a Trainee Guard on Convicted, and I was a HeadAdmin on a small server that is not currently operational. From being HeadAdmin, I got a lot of experience in disciplining, especially with the commands that the Chat Mods use on this server. Also, when on the server, sometimes I try to point out caps and spam, when the Chat Mods aren't on, which sadly doesn't help too much. I also very actively participate in the chat, and am almost always looking at it. I am also very nice to people on the server, and I don't think I even have enemies. I am nice by following the rules, not scamming, welcoming people, giving people money, answering questions, not swearing, and giving advice to people on their guard applications on these forums. I have made many friends on this server, and I am nice to all of them, regardless of rank or status. If I need to punish someone though, I am not afraid to deal of the punishment, even if I am friends with this person. I am also very dedicated to this server, because it is pretty much the only one I play on, plus I have now submitted 11 applications for this position, each one edited and different. If I were to receive the glorious position of Chat Mod it would mean a lot to me, more than anyone can probably imagine. This server has changed my life in many ways, and I hope to help change this server as well if I become the next Chat Moderator.

Guard Application My ingame name is batkirby0 My age is 6 years old. My timezone is Western America My experience with prison themed servers is i've been on a few of them. I do have experience with guarding from one of my prison servers ive visited. I am best selection for guard because i am hardworking and diligent and im online a lot, i also can pvp very well and with the plugin that tells me who hit me i believe i will make a excellent guard. Do you have experience with prison themed servers?: I have had a lot of experience on prison servers, or servers in general. I have owned my own server with 600 unique players, so the commands guards use on a regular basis will not be any problem. I have even made my own prison {Never went public, but I got Paid Ranks working and restarting mines}. As for a player on other prison servers. I played 3 months on killion [Free], about a week on convicted [A]. And I have been transferred to DDTS for about a month [Elite].
Do you have any experience guarding?: I have been a police officer on my drug server, which is pretty much the same thing but jails for different reasons. I have a lot of guard friends who I ask for tips and other things, and I was trying to be a guard on Killion before I came here. I have watched plenty of guards do their job, and I feel if I was accepted I would have one or two more questions about it, but everyone has to start somewhere.
What makes you the best selection for guard?: I am the best selection for guard because I feel I have the skills to do the job right. I feel bad when I make a mistake, which causes me work harder. I have also played a game called CSS which has a gamemode called prison break. Guards on one team Criminals on the other.The guards have to follow a set amount of rules, and they are strict about the Guards following the rules. This gave me the skill to double check if what I do is against a rule. I have also played Minecraft before the Nether was even invented so I am fluent in movement and controls, I am an above average PvPer, but I will improve when working as a guard.

As much as me and Jhorrom argued, I can still trust that he wasn't X-Raying. I can almost guarantee it. He's been on the server for about the same time as me, he's very active and is a very friendly user that's always willing to help. Maybe because of the mining technique he was using made it seem like he was X-Raying, or maybe it was a mistake, Idk, but I can almost guarantee that he wouldn't X-ray.
Friendly? He constantly bashes on me for no reason. Calls me names, and disrespects a lot of people. Even when I was mod he would still disrespect me. He's not friendly.

I also am a very kind person and also fairly popular on the server. I rarely get mad at the game and I try my best to just have fun like a video game should be played, just for fun. Also, people know me as a kind person, when I was a mod I always tried to help people as much as I can so the player could have as much fun as possible playing on this server. That brings me into my next subject on why I am a good applicant for guard, I was a Mod for 3 whole months so I am pretty good at enforcing rules, I really hope to start Guarding on here again, and this time, I don't see myself resigning anytime soon, also, I'm not the kind of person to quit on the job, I will fight until the job IS done, I will control riots to the best of my ability and won't quit during a riot.
