I don't like to ask for help on things like this, but is it possible to get Build Commands working for 1.6.2? I've got Worldedit working fine, but I've been trying a ton of different methods for BC for about an hour now with no success.

I don't like that idea. CTM's are all about using everything at your disposal to conquer a challenge, limiting what's in your disposal limits gameplay quite a bit.
but you could do something like the skylights and have to chose one for the start of the map.
