posted a message on Campfire uses texture of actual wood it made of

I support this completely. But, I worry that it would be considered way too specific to ask. Different kinds of wooden bows with different benefits would be something I'd prefer to see first, but this would definitely be nice to see.

Maybe it should be a cage instead of a lasso, as it makes a little more sense to have it in your inventory. Also, this could be awesome for building. Imagine having cages of chickens in markets instead of resorting to four oak trapdoors that take up five blocks of space.

Though, I'm not sure if it should be replaceable with larger animals inside. Baby animals could be fine though.

posted a message on A bear mob that fights with bees

Full support. I'm honestly bewildered as to why there are polar bears and not black or brown bears. Though, I think taming a bear should require a lot of honey or meat, and to offset their damage and health, it should take a lot of food to heal them. Otherwise, you'll just have a bear tank for you without any price.

'Zero use', except for maybe every single other block that doesn't burn.

posted a message on Bring Arthropods to Nether!

If we want one biome to have a particularly creepy vibe, a centipede would be perfect. Though, that would be great for Overworld caves too, as seeing the same 4 mobs there too gets boring.

What's the mob? Other than that, it sounds interesting, but maybe instead of toxic, the water is just 'diseased'.

posted a message on Nether Uptade missing

It's an interesting concept, but wouldn't it be easier to just introduce the 'hoglin counterpart' as it could have the feathers required, and provide a source of vertical travel?

As for the iron, maybe being forced to rely on gold, or prepare with more iron resources, is part of the challenge. There'd still need to be a source for the iron anyways.

posted a message on Living Lily Pads

    So, two things:

    1. There would have to be a hard limit on number of times it can grow. The last thing I want is my entire custom lake covered in lillypads.

2, That the lillypads wouldn't break just by being bumped by a boat.

posted a message on The Feature that will break minecraft 1.16?

Maybe instead it could just be some new mob that takes inspiration from Herobrine, just as endermen were inspired by Slenderman?

It could appear like a black phantom that disappears when you look towards it, and after a few days, it finally attacks...

posted a message on Obsidian Items

Would this armor be a tier under diamond, but provide other benefits to make up for it not being as strong as diamond? If diamond weapons are required just to injure the wearer, then they'd be almost unstoppable to anyone without such weapons. I also want to point out that obsidian is actually really brittle. It would be like wearing razor sharp glass.

I do like the idea of armor providing benefits other than just protection though. I like the idea that the lower tier the armor (thus the lighter the armor material), the closer you can sneak up to enemies. This would make leather armor still have a use if you want to avoid fights, but still want some protection.

    posted a message on Furniture

Maybe an alternative is for there to be blocks that could be used to create more realistic looking furniture, but that could also be used for other purposes. I know some use trapdoors for some parts of chairs, and as thin wall dividers. A thin block, similar to an open trapdoor, but is fixed in place, could be useful.

posted a message on any plans to waterlog lanterns?

It might not be, as lanterns wouldn't make too much sense working underwater. Could find alternatives in sea lanterns though.

    posted a message on Furniture

I think planks abd slabs suffice for tables and counters, but it would be nice to have actual (functioning) chairs that villagers don't try to endlessly climb. I'd support it.

posted a message on New Major Update Idea: The Monster and Creatures Update!

So, condense it all in one update? It could be odd for them to add a bunch of mobs without updating their respective biome. It might be better just to go one biome at a time, but what other mobs would we like to see added? I think frogs were confirmed at some point, which I think would add tons of atmosphere to swamps, maybe poison dart frogs in rain forests?

posted a message on minecraft magic biome and dimension suggestion

How are players suppose to obtain and then use these elements in crafting? And you didn't say what would they do? Fire could apply burn damage, but what about the other elements? To me, it doesn't seem to fit the style of Minecraft.

But, I suggested previously that players could combine resources we already have into wands/staves. Nether quartz, fire charges, and blaze rods for fire wands/staves, redstone for activating redstone from a distance, even rotten flesh, bones, and spider eyes for classifying the undead, andvthe staff version getting them to fight for you!
