My server has been around for some time now, however it is very hard to find players like you. We are going to have factions and mini games. However, we have separate chats between types of gameplay (known as universes which are groups of worlds). You won't have to worry about little kids trying to "troll or flame" since our staff has a very strict policy. Experience (details): Ok, so like I said I don't have a TON of experience, which really drops my chances of getting the job but at least I'm honest. So my experience, its really kinda stupid but I got to be admin on a server and they only chose me because I was a girl.... I just went with it and I was on there for quite awhile and that's when it got creepy. They some how got my facebook and tried to add me there and kept flirting and they where like 18 and 21....
