150Bits of ram RAM not 150 Bytes of Ram that is a joke.
if it was more then 256 bits of ram or 32 bytes that would be a little more interesting but it is bad try to shrink it a little you can fit a Kb of Ram into 1 Chunk if you set it out right.

RDF is better if you really want to show off a redstone computer show it off to your friend as many people online have the required knowledge to build there own you can get the need knowledge from basic redstone pages on minecraft wiki. in fact my Redstone computer i am building is going to be a lot more then 150 bits RAM make mine 1Kb.

i just sent notch a list of great features to add
this is what i sent him:
    1. The different tree should have different saplings that grows in to that tree only
    2. Natural Disaster should be able to occur e.g. Cyclones(tropical, subtropical, extratropical, polar) tornadoes
    Tsunami's earthquakes ordinary severe storms.
    3. source blocks of water can only duplicate if there is a lot of humidy
    4. new circuitry object like photosensitive block and transistors
5 better tech the ability to "upgrade" to the next age like to use red stone to create drills instead of pickaxe
    6. Geoprocesses like continental drift volcanic eruptions Erosion and new formation of sediments and ores as the process occur building block and items should be able to change and recycle over time continental drift should last shorter time then real life so the player can see it occurring
    7. stone could be separated into different type like granite , basalt ,and other ingenious stones could use the same system as coloured wool maybe have different cobblestone to go with the stones.
    8. maybe you could add palm trees which only occur in tropic biomes e.g. Rainforest
and can not be used for wood maybe a easer way of getting string or you could add another resource that comes from palms.
    9. wind wich will help the cyclone development and blocks that resist wind better
    10. Support collums needed to keep a building up e.g. cobblestone could be 20 blocks a way from a main support block to be supported and not fall obsidian could be not able to fall because it could always be supported allowing for floating island still.
