hey, you think it is possible to create these files at your mod pack?
they go in the bin directory (same of minecraft.jar),
inside of them are the block IDs slots, so we can remap to not conflict with other mods.
I had to disable like 4 mods, and remap all from SDK Guns mod to not conflict with yours,
so you can see how much I value it :biggrin.gif:
I am using TFC Mod Manager, and More Block IDs (255) mod to mix all stuff :>

I grabbed lwjgl-debug.jar as described here (it doesnt speak about debug but I will...):
(just replace lwjgl.jar with the debug one to see better messages, wonder if it is slower...).
And so I got this debug message:
org.lwjgl.opengl.OpenGLException: Invalid operation (1282) at org.lwjgl.opengl.Util.checkGLError(Util.java:59) at org.lwjgl.opengl.GL11.glReadPixels(GL11.java:2612) at Shaders.updateDisplay(Shaders.java:263) at net.minecraft.client.Minecraft.run(SourceFile:691) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:636)
The problem seems to be on glReadPixels() ?

PS.: I'd like to add that the shaders worked once, and when I played with FSAA option it crashed and never more worked even after reboot, I tried several nvidia setup changes and nothing happened, weirdo!! did that changed something on my geforce chip? :ohmy.gif: ( btw, I havent shutdown my computer yet :biggrin.gif: )
I think the problem is I cant find a way to disable FSAA again, I have no idea where that adjustment got stored as after a clean re-install of everything, that is still active..
EDIT: I found it!! just backup and delete this file and Shaders will work again! :biggrin.gif: $HOME/.java/.userPrefs/<unnamed>/prefs.xml
It must be a prefs.xml with this text: SHADERS_AA_KEY
