How long have you been playing on the server: I don't know exactly, but I started about 3 months before dualbladez got alpha.

Time zone: Eastern, but i play minecraft at the wierdest times (trust me, im not normal)
Why am I best choice for guard?: I wouldn't say BEST choice, but i wouldnt be a bad one. I'm semi-good at pvp and I've won my fair share of duels here and there. I will promise to tell the truth and uphold the law and all that cool stuff! Well, it all started about a year ago... There I was: wandering the C Foyer minding my own business along with the other poor lonely C's when suddenly... POW! Some renegade serial thief-murderer jumps from shadows and kills C with sword! The assailant loots his body and disappears into the darkness. I run over the the dying man and cradle him in my arms and as i felt his last breath brush across my face, I swore to him that I would never let this happen to his fellow C's! So it came to pass that I became BEORNEMANTM! I was a strong force for good; that is, until a guard came on. He condemned my vigilante ways and I was forced to run from law in order to preserve justice in the prison. Eventually, I was tired of running. I knew I could just take off my mask and no one would know that a great vigilante was walking among them. So I gave up the cowl, but I knew I still needed to help the C's somehow. I became a doctor. At first it seemed as though my new line of work was good, even prerferable to my secret identity of BeornemanTM. Thanks to the potion shop in A Spawn, When a C was injured, I could heal him with splash potions. But it seemed as though for every man I saved, two, three, maybe even four took their place. As a vigilante, I was being hunted by people who shared my vision of a prison with no fighting, but as a doctor, I could only fight the symptoms, and the source, the wild savage murderers, were still running amuck and there was naught for what I could do to stop them. Eventually my BP ran low, and without BP, I could not get the potions necessary to save the C's. I could but watch as they died and see how I was helpless to help them. Thus I came to a realization. The only way to help those people was to join the guards; however, if I did this, I would be forced to leave behind my life of freedom. I would be confined to the prison where I would work. I had no choice but to BUY ANOTHER ACCOUNT! Yup, that's how I got here and that's why I want to be a guard. Please accept me so I can help the helpless in the prison! Thank you for your time.

I agree. If he absolutely will not be finishing this mod, he should give his work to another modder to finish it. The other modder wouldn't be changing any of the original ideas, he would just be giving them life. I don't want to sound selfish, but it would be awesome to get to play this thing once it's done, and I'm hoping that will be soon. As long as people belive in the dream, it's not 'dead' and never will be. I believe that if he says he will finish it, he's going to finish it. Obviously, his 'real' life must come first, but it becomes impossible for him to get it finished, he should pass it on to someone good at modding and someone he can trust. All we can do is wait for now. If he is developing the mod, then let him develop it. If he can't finish it, he'll tell us.

Reason I was banned: I have no idea! I was on for like 20 seconds and it said i was banned!

Why i deserve to be unbanned: I did NOTHING. I had done absolutely nothing for the 20 seconds i was on! I don't know if it's a glitch or if someone is trolling me, but I'm still banned and i dont know why.

4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules?: Well of course i have, i have also written them down on a piece of paper infront of my computer incase i ever need to take a look at them (that may be kinda pointless because i memorized them) (I also understand that not following them may get me demoted or even banned)
5) Any experience with the prison genre?: Yes i have played on 5 prison servers (including this one)This one is the best so far. So i am very experienced.
6) What is your time zone?: EST (eastern usa) Im on alot in the morning and at night.
7) Why are you the best choice for guard?: I am very dedicated. I will follow all the rules and be fair. I will try not to argue to much like the other guards do. I am very active, I am on a lot everyday. Lots of people have told me i should apply for guard (including hatunemiku01 and dualbladez) I love this server sooooo much. I am very good at PvP. my main account is free so that is a good source of diamond armor for me. Lots of people like me too. I will try my best to be the best guard i can be. I am very honest. I have seen other guards do their jobs. I am on in the morning a lot when there is only like 15 people on and no guards. I am very experienced with the server and i know where everything is. I am nice. I know all the PvP hot spots. I jail for the correct times. I really wanna enforce the rules and make the rule breakers regret what they did. I think the role of guard is amazing.
8) What is your current rank? Do you understand that we will require PROOF when/if you retire from guard?: I am B-Rank on this account and i fully understand that i will need proof. I have 2 screenshots as proof.
I really hope a warden looks at this and accepts me. I love this server so much and will never stop playing it!

Why you deserve to be unbanned: X-Ray. The Single Hack that gets 99% of players on convicted Banned. I was indeed X-raying. I'm not going to promise to give all my diamonds back or go back to c-block. This isn't even a technical ban appeal, considering I do not deserve to be unbanned. I didn't use x-ray until A-prisoner. I was frustrated being A for about 2 weeks and wanted a quick way out. I was like all X-rayers at the beginning. Cautious never x-raying until the coast was clear (events, warden-less server, etc.) Then once i reached Elite I got careless. 100k was huge to me. I decided i sure as hell wasn't going to get 100k off killing pigs so i started x-raying in the mossy cobblestone mine. I have always been one to dabble in hacked clients. Not destructive ones, mind you, (nuker, spammers, name changers, etc.) I used a flying hack Cjb's modpack which also functioned as a custom x-ray. (I highly recommend CFbanner or any anti-xray mod for the server)
Any additional information: Well I suppose this is farewell so BaiBai Convicted, unless I am unbanned which has a 0.1%chance (like the amount of coal world edited into C quarry :biggrin.gif:). I give my approval to this server
I think he should be unbanned, but punished somehow maybe. He was pretty cool, but I guess thats not my decision to make.

I know its my fault I went into the gaurd area but I wont do it again anymore i promise) Please unban me! Im really sorry! I have learned my lesson now and I feel sad!
