yes it would depend if you equip a pig whit a diamond helmet the max damage he would do it's 7 and also it will have critical hit ratio of 20% (depending of the helmet obviously) or also if you equip whit a leather helmet the max damage its 4 whit a critical hit ratio of 4,5% (also it could have a probability of 30% for attack missing)

But why is the intensity of the ban different? I mean I didn't even hack and I got perm banned and my friend actually hacked and only got a temp ban.
I believe hackers are permanently banned. If your friend who you knew to be hacking was only banned temporarily, maybe he was banned for a different reason. For example, telling someone to consider/commit suicide earns you a week-long ban. Do you know if your friend was being toxic at all?
Wait, is it that bot that flies around you rapidly so if you did have kill aura it would attack it? Because that is smart but I still don't understand when I see somebody who is run or flying at the speed of sound whiling crouching and Watchdog does absolutely nothing, and then they ban someone who doesn't hack, then that's not really efficient.
I suggest you use the /wdr command. It lets Watchdog know of a player you believe is hacking, and it'll pay special attention to that player.
/wdr <username> <type of hack>
For example, /wdr NotHackingGitGud Killaura
Type in anything other than a hack in place of the hack name to see a list of accepted types.
Sadly, you can't report someone for some hacks such as fastbuilding (where they swing when placing a block and can nerdpole twenty block into the air within a matter of seconds) or autoarmor (any armor they have will instantly be equipped).
Though what I don't get is why does Watchdog not actually get real hackers and only get the people who are wrongly accused? And why when two of my friends ACTUALLY hack on that server, one didn't get banned and the other only got temp banned? I don't get it.

Watchdog does indeed catch hackers. Sometimes it takes five seconds, sometimes it takes much, much longer, but it can usally catch them efficiently. In fact, you may have noticed a bot that flies around you every so often in Sky Wars. If someone manages to look at and attack that bot enough (only a hacker could), then they will be banned.
A couple of weeks ago, you were banned for poor Internet connection which was misleadingly seen as hacks. That is understandable.

"Now" would seem to indicate that this just happened, so what did you do to get banned from the forums? You should at least have an idea why.
If you commit an offense on the server, you get banned on the server. If you commit an offense on the forums, you get banned on the forums. One would not carry on to the other.
Minecraft Forum is not affiliated with Hypixel, so we can't exactly do anything about it except to give you advice.
No support whatsoever. He has never been added, so re-adding him is impossible. The '-Removed Herobrine' text in each version changelog is merely an inside joke. Herobrine would be a terrible addition to the game and would make it much more scary and difficult, which both ruins the gameplay we have now and may make it too scary for some younger players in the community.
Not really, they'd just be a new type of block, with a smaller model. Similar to torches or flowerpots. As far as I know, blocks with non-cubic models don't create extra lag as long as they're not tile entities or something like that.

No, and I have multiple reasons why:
1) I don't want to hit Tael.
2) The mask would probably deflect my fist and kill me
or
3) send me to the depths of Snowhead.
4) If it didn't deflect my fist, I would either hurt my hand and then be killed by the mask's powers
or
5) damage the mask, which is something I wouldn't want to do, seeing how valuable it is.
