What experience do you have in this role: In the admin role, I have a decent resume. I have been admin on about 8 servers, with that I have also been H-Admin on about 4. Staff Manager/Manager about 9-11 times. These numbers may or may not be 100% correct. I have been professionally staffing servers for a few years now. I mostly went to help servers get on their feet and I would generally help supply the owners with fitting staff members. Most of those server did not survive for various reason including some like: bad decisions from owner, lack of funds, waste of funds and the list just goes on. I can only do so much to help a server. While my resume seems like I may be a staff hunter the only reason for this is because I have helped a lot of servers in my time. I have been known to work on multiple servers at a time but during most of it I have tried to keep a sort of 'home' server. One that I stick with and am the most active on. Which brings me to the next question.
What makes you want to work with FairCloud: I am looking for another 'home' server, I play servers like PrimeMC but I never chose to be staff on it. Though I have been spending a ton of money on it. The point being, I want a home server that isnt a huge server to start out on. Something that I could get to know the community on, one with an owner and staff who care about the players and the server. Not focusing on just the money. I love towny, I am a survival player but with that I also like to play skyblock. I also like looking for ways to improve servers even if only slightly.
Do you fail to meet any of the requirements?: I do not fail to meet the requirements though, with that being said, at times my own deadlines will have to be pushed back by a day or two. So the question on if I can meet all of my deadlines is situational. I work as a landscaper while I am saving up for a two year education in criminal justice to become a Mississippi State Trooper. So some days my hours can be a bit harder to judge. We have a basic amount of hours we like to work and some days we work more. For the most part I will be able to meet all of my deadlines as well as those set by others. I am fairly easy to work with and so config files are easy to work with along side of others. I was a dev for a while but quit doing custom plugins due to lack of time and energy, I can do config files and I know a ton of plugins along with a lot of plugins' permissions. I never misused any funds, and am paying to keep the server up. As I have said before I have a life outside of Minecraft, and am trying to get on as much as I can. I wish you would have talked to me before reaching this conclusion.
Conquest Survival is a newly released server that is now in Open Beta. Conquest Survival looks to bring together a group of friendly Minecraft players to enjoy some features of Minecraft that are not on many servers anymore. Our staff team consists of highly trained members that look to help out the players of our community to ensure they have the greatest time possible. We are in open beta and therefore are adding features daily in a slow release to make sure everything works well together.

Failed summer opportunity for convicted, the server had a chance to gain a playerbase but failed. I don't know if the server does have plans or not to be back up, no update from a warden or anything. I just think that a month of checking the plugins to make sure everything works is just a long time.
What if Viper or someone else put the server up, since hex has not responded to any messages for a while now, who knows where he is, or anything. If you wait too much longer the school year will start back up and it will be very hard to find new players, as summer is the prime time for players to come on.
