first of all, I CAN connect with my own public ipv4.
just that u know the firewall for some reason blocked my server. my ports were open and that "canyouseeme.org" doesn't work if the server isn't active, so it is kind of useless because I can just open Minecraft and type my public IP can see if people can join or not.
I hosted servers for my friends every time and it worked perfectly, I wanted to play with my friend so I helped him open the ports and all and start up the server.
I could not see the server active with his public IP but HE COULD JOIN WITH HIS PUBLIC IP.
so I opened my server But he could not join MY server and even I can't join if it is not localhost/my own IP.
checked my ports and all of that and everything is fine and working.....
is there a chance that something with windows settings? tried 10 hours to figure out what's wrong.
ok so i tried both, nothing really changed. about render distance it wont really do anything even if i put to 8 maybe if i stand and do nothing i will get 200 but when i move, poof 100-70
now i get 120 fps on stable BUT it lag a lot on chunk update
here is my Minecraft settings:

20 chunks
gave all cores to Minecraft
4GB ram for Minecraft
Fabulous setting
Forge and optifine with few mods (like tree cutter and some really not heavy load ones)
I checked and my Minecraft rans on my GPU
Minecraft runs on SSD nvme pcie
my friends who also play have worse stuff then me and getting 400 ON VANILLA
I tried to change NVidia 3d settings, didn't help
I did windows performance power changer and not balanced
I checked a lot of forums here but all the solutions didn't help :/
anyone that had the same problem/know how to fix that stuff can help? I am out of ideas
so i started to host for my friends 1.14 server and it lags a lot only to them and we all from the same country. i using 4GB server with spigot.
the server sometimes just kicking player with "Timed out" while they play sometimes even kick with for flying (and they dont) all he time in like 2-3 minutes between every kick AND I DONT GET IT WHAT WRONG
ram isn't the problem that for sure 4gb for 5 players is a lot
