Well that worked using the driver sweep then going back to the manufacture driver.

I have found my crash file and just recently tried dumping the entire java and fresh install but not luck.

Ya im getting the same issue and creating a new user on the comp and instaling on there doesn't work either. Everything on my comp is up to par as it should and minecraft and BF3 are the only games having issues.

Ok so you get the login screen u hit login and POOF black screen/close. Is there a error or readme file you get?

ok i have purged the crap out of minecraft from mods to caches to registry's and still when i hit the login it goes to a black screen real quick then POOF! no error script or readme file. I have updated my video drivers again and again and even did a clean wipe of them and re-install... no good. Updated sound drivers no good. The video driver was updated through the manufacturer which works fine. The game its self will re-install just fine but after that it just goes POOF!
Java is up to date with latest version i just installed it again. Version is Java SE 6 Update 31 Arch x86.

So will the reset affect the current white list at all or do we have to re-apply?

I found an interesting find i noticed that the general area i have my spawn at and have created and built up is where i get the jitters and getting stuck but i explored more around my world and as i went through new surroundings and new caves and as i keep on exploring i noticed i wasn't snagging/jittering on the ground or surroundings so it seems to be near the modified terrain that i have built/dug that seems to be the issue. But before this can be confirmed i need some other people having this issue to do what i did and explore areas you haven't visited or changed. see if you get stuck/jitter in those areas.
