Dear Jurassicraft, I very much enjoy playing with your mod, it is EXTREMELY well made, to a level to which few other mods reach. I do have a few questions on the mod that I can't find after searching. Firstly, I am uncertain as to whether or not the JC server is still up, I have been looking but to no avail have a found it. Is it still up? If so where is the website as I can not find it? Secondly, In-Game the electric fence (Which both looks and functions great, especially in the new update that makes it so my dinosaurs don't kill themselves on it) is known as the 'Low-Security Fence', Can they currently withhold larger animals eg: T-Rex? Will more types be added in the future to hold larger animals? And lastly, do you plan to make the machines Redstone compatible, I especially would like the ability to use hoppers to give the feeders a constant supply of food. Thank you for reading this, good luck with the mod!

Unfortunately, there are currently no servers that I know of, although, there are a few being worked on.
The fence can hold all types of dinosaurs. We may implement higher security fences in the future, and at that point we'd make the low security fences less effective for larger creatures.
Yes, we do plan on making the machines properly redstone compatible.

Hey this is a really neat mod and I really love it, but my main complaint is the fact that the dinosaurs die if you don't feed them. In fact, sometimes they'll randomly die even if you DO feed them (I have 1.8, though so this may have been fixed). I know you wanted to make this realistic but it is highly obnoxious especially when trying to just make a fun little zoo. It's nearly impossible to do this. No matter how often I feed the dinosaurs, they'll die. I'd rather them be like regular mobs (such as cows and pigs) where you don't necessarily have to feed them in order to keep them alive. I'll admit it's fun to watch the herbivores run around and eat the grass, but it's really obnoxious when they keep dying and you simply cannot keep them from doing so. Has this been fixed in the later versions? If not, can you please???

Yes, this has been fixed. In the full releases, we also have a gamerule that disables dinosaur metabolisms.

ok so i have downloaded all of the files for forge 1.12.2 for my current version and it worked in my game but i looked and i need 1.10.2 or whatever so i downloaded that but it still doesnt work i was under the assumtion that i just download the files and play like it says in the description but i guess im wrong because for the last 3 hours litterally i have been bouncing back and forth trying to get this to work so im at a loss and im at the point of i should just delete all of these files and just play normal minecraft even tho having dinos would be super cool but as i said it seems impossible to get this mod to work even after downloading all of the right files

Yes, latest version of this mod only supports 1.10.2. When you say it didn't work when you changed versions, what do you mean? Did it crash? Did it still show a version mismatch? Also, to use the mod you need to install LLibrary, also for 1.10.2.

Will it still be usable in 1.7.10?

No, after it's been ported to 1.11.2, it will no longer be maintained for 1.7.10.

Interesting, I see at github you've added a village-like design to the osm buildings, in other words, everything is made of wood. I guess this is good test to see what other random materials could be added for the buildings :)

Now we just need buildings made of hardened clay, brick, sandstone, and we could even bring quartz back :P

Yeah, I'm rewriting the building generation and testing with some designs.

Is there a version of this mod that works with Llibrary 1.5.1? I want to use it with F/A.

    F/A is 1.7.10 and this is 1.10.2.

In the version you have in github, I noticed that in the osm world type, I often find islands of blocks floating near buildings. Do you think there's a way to fix that? I suppose if the buildings were completely solid (instead of hollow) then maybe you could make a rule in the code that prevents blocks from floating on air...

Edit: nevermind... maybe I could just break those stray blocks as I wait for chunks to load lol

So what are you working on next in the mod?

Those are roof pieces, which aren't generated yet.

Ok, so its obvious that a 1.7.10 version will not happen. :(

But, what are your thoughts on 1.10? will you possibly update to that version?

Most 1.9.4 mods work on 1.10.2, and that should be the case with this mod.

You need to go into 1.8+ and set your render distance to something below 16.

Is there a way to set natural spawning in a specific dimension? AKA A Dimension Whitelist?
