1) you have to get 2 iron which means you cant reset your spawn on the first night and 2 iron you could use to make a sword

2) Wool is only useful for making beds and not much else unless your making your house carpety or whatever so it is a waste

3) They run out to fast and if you have to use 2 iron you should at least get 3 wool each time.

you can use it to get leaves and as long as they are 4 blocks away from any wood block they stay. (planks obviously do not count.) you get more wool from sheep and the minimum is now 3 i think and my shears seem to last long. I rest my case.I also support Isil and Rauldiaz.

This. Especially the part about the borders being shown on maps. I might also suggest that NPC towns have random physical borders. Some may want walls, some moats, some broken fencing, etc.

If it's connected to the internet (which it has to be, so that we can actually change our skins), it can be hacked.

If this gets added I would be very happy, Ive always wanted a house completly out of obsidian! :laugh.gif:

First of all I did a search and didn't find anything on other uses for obsidian except for on mods so I offer the following:

As we all know, obsidian is nigh indestructible, the only tool being able to do so being a diamond pick. Not even the frantic blast of an unnoticed creeper won't put a crack in this material. But why are we limited to only being able to build walls and floors with it? I know full well that doing something like making obsidian tools would be kinda ridiculous since their uses would almost never be used up (and diamond set's a pretty high bar for that). But there are plenty of other things that could be made with obsidian that would be purely for the safety purposes.

What I am suggesting is that all things that can be crafted with wood or stone (meaning stairs, slabs, and the like) should also be able to be made out of obsidian. In more recent days I have found that my lighting systems failed me and a creeper would spawn within the confines of my home. Not hearing them as I go down stairs or a ladder and setting them off caused some major structural fallacies. But what if everything was made out of obsidian? Then nothing save for maybe a torch or two would be destroyed. This also has obvious cosmetic functions which would make beautiful dark homes that would protect you from all harm.
