Why I Am Applying For Staff: I am currently applying for staff because I love the Minecraft community and I would be willing to improve it in any possible way I can. I saw your server on the MC Forums, and I decided that I would like to help your community grow and possibly profit from the hard work everyone puts into it. I love to help players out and set up servers, and I feel like I can do that and much more for yours. Managing servers is my specialty, and it's also one of my hobbies. I've had lots of experience with managing(and running) servers, and I feel I can use that experience, and learn some new things, on your server. I'm always willing to help out, and I would want to help out as much as I can on your server.

I used to run 3 of my friends servers after their lives got too hectic, but unfortunately they shut down due to lack of funds. I have lots of experience with configuration on servers and setting up all of the plugins on servers. I know a lot of plugin's command's, including those to PEx and Group Manager, two large rank/grouping plugins, and Essentials, probably the most popular plugin used on servers.
What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them?: I would say to calm down, take a deep breath, and try to solve the situation maturely. If they are constantly making rude remarks or 'back-talking' then they can have a very minor punishment for disrespecting a staff member. If they are treating others poorly, they can also have a punishment. If they are just acting immature and rude, then they can give them a warning and try to calm the player down, and calm themselves down if their temper is rising.
Previous Punishments on Servers: I have been punished on servers, such as Mineplex, Hypixel, and The Hive MC, because I had advertised on all of those servers. I believe in being honest for your past mistakes and moving on.
Time to Play per Day: On Weekdays, I can probably play for about 3-4 Hours a day. On Weekends, I can play for 5+ hours.
How I Handle (Most) Situations: (example: a younger kid is playing on the server, and he starts cussing other players out, he has been reported for hacking from one player that has seen him do it once in the past 5 minutes, and starts cussing me out). If something like this were to happen, I would first try to get the player accused of hacking and cussing at everyone to calm down. Then, I myself would calm down. I would try and maintain a casual conversation with the player and try not to say anything that will make him, someone else, or myself, lose temper. I would speak maturely to this player and try and find his point of view, then ask the player who has reported him for hacking, what he/she saw him/her doing, or what kind of hack they were using. Then, if guilty, I would add disrespecting a staff member and other players to his punishment, and possibly hacking if he is found guilty. If there are any other staff members on, I would try to get their opinion on the matter, too.
Dealing with Other Staff Members Abusing Their Power: I would immediately report the staff member of abusing their power if it was not extreme, such as giving someone gamemode creative or giving someone items/special privileges. If they had started to grief spawn or TNT an innocent players house in front of my face, or if someone was accusing them of doing it, I would demote them and de-op them. I would go over the consequences with the Owner immediately.
