    I take recruitment managing very seriously, as you need to know different things about the person applying such as
    -Previous experience(s)
    -History on other servers, as what they do on those other servers can affect this one
    -Mic, may not seem important, but in my opinion, you need a mic to communicate with other players if they need help, lots will choose mic over text.
    -Maturity, this one is kinda obvious I mean you don't really want someone who's disrespecting people, or just not setting the bar we expect for the server.
    -Activity, a major key role, almost every server you go on you see problems with staff not being active enough, having active staff is a key role in showing players someone will be moderating.

    To further expand on this, finding background info
    -You can't just hire someone, for all you know they were previously fired from a server for abusing, or not having enough activity. I take this very seriously, and with knowing some players, they start out on a server get rejected for not doing something right, end up moving to another server per say this one. With background checking, you can figure out more about the person, and you could figure out what they did on that previous server.
    Testing the person
    -What do I mean by this? I mean to hop on an alt, and message the person, or hack and see how they respond to this. You shouldn't need staff to start acting correctly.

    Community Managing

    What steps do I take when managing a community?
    -First and foremost DMs, I can't tell you how many servers I go on and the Admin(s) always get complaints about not responding to DMs. To me, DMs are a crucial way to show the community that you care for them.
    -DMs, so when it comes to this, I tend to answer them to the best of my ability, responding with something with just a "yes" or "no" never satisfies me, I think it's more appropriate to give a reason for it, as it's like with your parents, wouldn't you want a reason with an answer? It's far more professional.
    -Answering questions in the chat are also important, if someone sees a staff member on chatting with people, but not actually answering the questions, what's the point in them managing the community? They aren't actually helping... They're supposed to be managing the community, it's understandable if you miss a few things, but it should be if you're already helping someone out.
    How can I make the community cleaner?
    -I think a clean community happens when the staff members are showing a professional setting. The community never randomly becomes toxic, it starts when they see a staff member not doing their job. I expect all staff to be helping out to the best of their ability and do not tolerate bias, or other actions such as that.
    -Asking those who have a problem with it, on how it could Improve. As players love it when you try to help them make the server better after all that's why you signed up.

    Advertisement Managing
    What's my opinion on advertising?
    -Ok so personally, I don't find the route of going onto another server and advertising your IP is very smart. Why? It's immature, why would anyone want to join a server that is desperate enough to actually go on another server and advertise an IP. It makes your server look desperate, annoying and ruining their gameplay on that server, and the person that did it would be banned, and I expect my staff members to be mature on all servers, not just the one they're working on.
    How can I help advertise?
    -I find options such as paying to advertise on a website a better option. There are so many different ways to advertise on websites that people will see.
    What are some options for advertising?
    -I think it's important to find different options and think of some of the strengths to each website such as, how many people view this website? Is the cost of advertising it here worth of how many people will see it? Could I be getting scammed? These are all very important questions to me, mc market, for example, is a good way of advertising, because you know other people have used it, and it gives you the info you need to know.

    Social Media Managing

    -It updates players on the status of what you want them knowing. It's better than using forums in which they may not check as much.

    -I can offer to manage whatever you use, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, or even Snapchat! I'd make sure to reply to whatever questions people may have and clarify it to the best of my ability.
    -Make a detailed announcement of whatever you would want me to post. As just saying something such as "1500$ giveaway" isn't much to go off of, you could expand it a bit to such as "We're giving away 1500$ to a lucky winner, apply here <Hyper link, or link to where there going>".

    Any other help I may need.

    Preparing events
    -I actually consider this a great skill, it also attracts more players to a server because it's telling them there may be a prize, or that they can show off their skills and everyone likes competing.
    A nice wide open schedule, and lots of free time.

    Experience
    -GotPvP - I'm an ex-Moderator there, I worked on FatKid, and KitPvP. 3 Months // On GotPvP I was expected to Moderate Chat, watch /helpop for when someone reports a hacker, and look for them myself. Fatkid was a bit different, if someone was hacking on it, most likely it was pretty blatant and didn't take much proof to get them banned. I also checked forums about every hour - 30 minutes for an reports or appeals.

    -TrollTrio - Administration / / Manager. 2 months
    -NexPvP - Administration. 4 months.
    -Plenty more, but those were most the professional servers I worked on.

    Why should you hire me?
    -You honestly won't find anyone with as much experience as me. I've worked on so many servers, I've seen what works and what doesn't work, I've seen how managers fail, I've seen how managers prevail.

    -I'm very patient with people, or really patient as a whole. Patience is key for a lot of things, I mean both real life and mc wise.

    -I've played Minecraft a long time, I think I bought an account in 2011 but played since beta with my brother's account. Tbh that doesn't change much, but it does mean that I have a lot of experience, I know what I'm doing, I've been around to know what makes servers die, or see a server become popular. I know all the ins and outs

    - I reply to every DM // Pm received, which I believe is important. I also reply to it in the best way possible, clarifying what I say, and make sure whomever I'm talking to understands that I do care.

    Why do you wish to join our staff Team? -

    I want to apply because I think I have some skills that other players may not. There are a few reasons that make me different than other people who apply, I already said some above, but I will clarify more here. As I said, I have worked a lot on different servers, and I know how a server should be run. Have been every position, I know what permissions and essentials each rank should get, there for I know how much power each rank has. I am amazed by plugins i love working with them, but i can config a little, but I say i am advanced with plugins i just can't code.

    Getting that out of the way let's head on to the experience.


    What experience do you have with dealing with troublesome players? Give examples, and tell me what you did to correct the situation. -

    I have a great deal of experience when it comes to moderating. I will talk more below at the commands I know of, but here are some examples of reasons to ban someone. Talking about hacking/destroying the console. Racism, or anything similar to this that could hurt someone personally. Or even doing something repetitively after being /muted or /kicked, such as advertising or spamming.If a staff member isn't following the rules, the first thing I would do is take out my screen recorder. You will always need proof. If the member is a higher rank then you are, you need to have screen shots of anything happening in the commands or console.i would love to really explain in a voice chat because every scenario is different in the world of managing a server.

    What Staff Rank's have you been previously on different servers? -

    I have worked with many servers over my few years on Minecraft. I have experience in every position from Helper to Owner. I will talk about some of the things I have learned throughout my years of moderating. For starters, I know all of the basic commands and their meanings. /Kick, to give a warning for a rule that has been broken. /mute for someone who has spammed the chat, advertised, or cursed depending on the servers rules. /ban for a hacker,

    someone who is threatening to destroy/hack the server, or any other major rule that has been broken. Of course, there is a lot of commands that I'm sure I would be unfamiliar with. I also have discovered that with great trust comes great responsibility. For as a helper/staff member, you are being trusted with the power to protect the server if it comes down to it. As a staff member, you are also representing the server. Now for higher ranks, Owner,

    Admin, Head-Admin, etc... I have owned 1 server currently owner on server and co owner on some as well.i am mainly a manager. I have learned so much from my past years of owning server, and I will never forget the problems I came across and had to fix. The last server I owned got hacked, by my own Admin. As painful as it was, to feel betrayed and hurt, I can look back at that experience and say I have grown from my mistakes. I have also gained the skill of leadership, I can take charge easily if necessary. I know what I am doing, and how to control a group of people.i am a good leader i say i am professional i am sponsored by a hosting company and sponsored by a Minecraft services company.i mainly manage servers.im always high up on staff teams because i am dedicated and i offer a lot.i can really show you the whole list and provide proof in a voice interview i'd love to talk.i am really good at interviewing people.
