Why YOU SPECIFICALLY are the best possible choice for this position. I want examples, & Original ideas you've had that can improve the server & stuff like that. NOT the generic, "I'm what you said you are looking for. pick me so that i can grief the crap out of your server..."
I'm the best choice because I won't vote for your server which means I can ddos and grief your server even more!! Ps: I know how to use the broadcast command. I hope you can use my knolage.
HI im co-owner of Titus-craft (currently down because of plugin issues be back up hopefully in a week). We are looking for dedicated staff members that can help the server. If you don't get staff we just made factions so you can get a head start on people. We're also going to be adding creative and pvp. We are still in a working progress stage so it would be wonderfull if you could join and help out.

There is server that really needs staff the ip is 63.143.52.25 dont apply for helper (that's a rank for if you demoted). The server really isn't finished (fixing a lot of bugs. We have a wordy or so called long applacation because we need to make sure our staff will work hard and put in effort. Only owners can accept trial-mods and higher Admins can accept builders and builder have to take a build test. Why you deserve to be staff on my server: well I can vote every day on your server, I know all/most the commands, I think I could help out your server a lot I can be on for about 1-2 hours on days I have school and 8-12 hours on days I don't have school. Even when I'm away I could still connect with minechat and deal with chat offenses. I'm not too familiar with plugins just want to get that out of the way. I can also help build things for the serve. and watch over the server. Here are some examples I'll deal with people if someone says a ddos threat I would just ban them and there IP that is if it's not a joke. If someone spams /kick then /mute 10 mins then add 20 mins if they spam (or related) then at that point Just keep adding 12 hours. Hacking if there new and just joined I would ban them if they have been on the server for like a week en hacked I would 2 week tempban if they hack again after that then 2 month then perma ban. I promise not To grieve your server I'm a nice person (part of the reason I'm a pre-mod in that other server but thats how they do it).
