The hackneyed way of doing it involves taking the LCD panel out, using a breadboard with circuits (or something similar) to convert the signal to VGA, soldering it together, building a mount+case, and a few other things.
What you are asking for, aside from literally ripping the LCD panel out and using it as a monitor as stated above, simply does not exist.
There is an extremely complicated hackneyed way to do it, but it is nowhere near worth the effort and it does not work terribly well.
Can it be done wirelessly like throw the network? I was searching around and found synergy do you know anything like that but make the client computer the servers monitor?
