try looking inside minecraft on art then kz enter and look if that paint its inside if its inside u can delete it or change it if not it could be herobrine who notch tried to delete
When I logged in without the stained glass mod, it just turned all of it into regular glass. So you could potentially play if you're willing to replace all that stained glass later.
This is assuming that what works for me will work for you

It gives of 1.0f light level which is the brightest something can possibly be. (just so you know normal torches give off the light level off about 0.9735 light so it is a bit brighter than most torches
