I could do this for a cool seperate world on my server! If you want to help me build this join mc.wolverinecraft.com:26924

I have tried to make my server banner in PS for two weeks and have kept utterly failing.
Would anyone be kind enough to make me one? Here is my server info:

I need help, I have followed all other posts about getting the 'cant build in wild' error with towny, and yet my permissions dont work. Nobody but op can build. This didnt happen without towny.
