Looks like you are the last person to work on this mod. I was trying to find a mod for 1.7.10 that does exactly what this mod does and...well I found it. Unfortunately it seems like there are some things that are unfinished. There are no textures for the bottler/unbottler and I can't seem to fill the vials or large bottles. Also every time I use a bottle to fill the brewery/bottler/keg it uses up the bottle. I hope this isn't intended.
I looked through the code you posted on github but I could really use some help to make changes to it.
