If anyone is trying to join, and you constantly get a "bad packet id #" error, stop trying to join and log onto mumble so we can figure it out. It's booting everyone from the server and getting kind of annoying! No hard feelings towards anyone doing it! There are about four known people causing it, and hopefully we can get it fixed tonight.
**EDIT** We might have a bad active chunk area somewhere and when people move into it and get disconnected, they can't connect anymore. Looks like we have some investigating to do, or a completely new map. Hopefully things can get figured out tonight or in the next couple days.

this is just a bad move on your part notch. players need tp re-buy the game if they die?i know its an option that can be turned on and off, but , no one is gonna re buy the game if they die. maybe have it so in single player it deletes the world on death, and in multiplayer ban for a day?
Possible Plugin Suggestion(s) for server: I enjoyed using craftbukkit on my server to teleport to players and set the spawn, but I haven't used any others so I can't make any suggestions. Being a meteorology major and outdoors type of person, I enjoy any mod/plugin that adds to the natural Minecraft world(nature overhaul, wildgrass).
When do you normally play/how long: I normally play in the evenings when I get tired of doing homework. Usually I'll spend 1-2 hours at a time but if physics or calculus homework is particularly bad that night, I'll play for 3-4 hours.
How many people would you like to see on the white-list? I enjoy playing with a dozen or so people, but any more than that and the chat can get crowded, people can be forgotten, and before you know it, someone is building a rainbow nuclear power plant next to your wheat field.
My preferred play style: I lean towards medieval style buildings like farms, small hilltop mansions and constructing villages and cities. I like to keep my buildings functional rather than building a useless behemoth.
