Swamps are far from beautiful when it comes to the aesthetics of it. They are murky, dull, and supposed to look hideous. Notch is just making the biomes match with how they are in real life.

Excellent guide, it helped me improve greatly. Now I don't suffer any lag at all, even when I connect to foreign hosted servers that are nearing their max connection.

Well, today I finally got the money to purchase a minecraft account and.. well, when I went to purchase it I got this message;

Transaction failed

then I clicked please try again and got this message;

Purchase Complete!

So, did my transaction go through? I'm kind of getting mixed messages and I've had things like this occur in the past where the transaction did in fact go through but also didn't.

To take a screenshot, in game press the F2 key. Then go to %appdata%\.minecraft\screenshots to locate the screenshots you took. After that, go to a website like http://min.us, http://imgur.com, or http://photobucket.com and upload the images.

The only issue I seem to be running into is that 80% of the blocks are invisible. At first I thought it was my texture pack, but then I switched to default, but it still had the same effects. Any advice on how to fix this? (Running MC 1.8.1)

I love the complexity and I love how thought out this is. The ideas of this are great. Though the issue I see that you stated yourself is that the other realms are boring. Why make a third realm amazing but ignore the other two? I feel that those two should be improved upon heavily to the extent that your idea is, and then maybe this realm of yours would be a feasible idea.

Maybe it is just me, but that goes against the foundation of what the game is about. Essentially, I view this game as a more medieval game than modernized game. IT is about adventure, building, mining, and hard work. Guns just make hunting to easy, airplanes and such make travel to quick. At that point you run into an issue that we have in the real world. We sped up the ability to get from place to place, but in the process we lost our connection with viewing the nature around us.

Personally I find this suggestion to be astounding, though like the post above me states, some like it harder. If this were to be implemented, I feel it would be best as an off-set game mode of survival. Maybe add it as a new difficulty? That part isn't up to me, though either way, astounding suggestion.
