    Hey guys.

    so, i just installed a few mods and started playing, but for some reason nei wont show any items to the right of the inventory screen, and i cant use the search bar to search for items in a chest. every other function works, i can look at crafting recipes, change gamemode, etc. fist of all, IT ISN'T THE O BUTTON. the o button still hides the rest of the menu, but the item list is never there. Iv'e looked at the config settings and hidden=false. I honestly have no idea what it could be. The other mods I'm using are below:

    The mod terrafirmcraft has an entirely unique type of chisel. I would really like a mod that added a similar type of chisel. For those of you who dont know about terrafirmacraft, or its chisel, here is what it can do:

    1) the chisel can carve away eighths of a block, similar to regular stairs.

    2) it can be used to make a block thinner, of flatter, by removing sixteenths off a block from a side. multiple sides can be flattened at once.

    3) it can be used to turn regular blocks into detailed blocks. detailed blocks can have 2X2X2 pixel chunks carved from them, allowing for incredibly detailed work


    All of these functions actually affect the shape of the block, making it less than whole, not just making it look like they are different.

    posted a message on Using Tools in Creative
    As you may have noticed, sometimes in survival you can break blocks instantly, such as with enchanted shovels and shears on leaves. however in creative, there is a small delay between breaking blocks. My thought is that using a tool of any tier in creative, will increase the breaking speed of its respective block type, so that its instant, with no delay.
    I personally have wanted this for ages, and id like to know what everyone else thinks

    posted a message on game keeps closing
    I've been having trouble lately with my game where every few minutes it will suddenly lag out, and i will have less than a frame per second. Then the world will simply close, although it doesn't actually close, it just says 'shutting down internal' sever until i close it manually. When I reload the world is reset to where I was when it first began to lag out. there is no crash log or anything, as it isn't really crashing, just closing. These are the mods I have installed:

    posted a message on Professor Flaxbeard's Wondrous Steam Power Mod [Beta] 0.26.4
    Bug alert! I'm not quite sure how it happened, but after logging in this morning, After having played with the spyglass yesterday, I was zoomed in really far, and couldn't use the spyglass to reverse the process. I managed to fix the problem by changing my FoV, and mouse sensitivity, But it would be very annoying if I had to do that every time I log in. I hope to see this fixed soon.

    i have to say,, this mod has real potential. I know the botania mod almost doubled its content within a few updates, and I'm hoping the same will happen here. Good work! I hope to watch this mod develop and grow

    posted a message on how can i get an angry wolf spawner?
    I'm currently testing with making custom mobs for a ctm map, and I was hoping to get a spawner that spawns wolves that are already angry. I know it's possible with zombie pigmen and endermen, but I cat get it to work with wolves, they have the angry texture, but they wont attack the player. so does anyone know of a way to do it?

    posted a message on Classier mushrooms suggestion, with pictures: Improving minecraft's mushroom variety.
    I agree that it sounds like a well thought out idea, but the fact is that after the first few days or weeks, food really becomes a non-issue. I would like to see these mushrooms used in potions. as an example, perhaps adding a certain mushroom to splash potions will give it a bigger AoE, or perhaps you could make a damage and poison potion that affects the undead as well. I would love to see more added to potions, as they are my favourite part of minecraft.

    I do believe I've found a bug. I tried getting a golem to take charcoal out of a furnace, but I wanted him to refuel the furnace with that charcoal, so I used an order upgrade and in 5 of the slots I said to put charcoal to go in a chest, and the sixth to go back in the furnace. basically my wold crashed, and every time I entered, it would crash again. Please look into this, it made me loose everything thaumcraft in my world.

    My entire world is one giant unfinished project, I have so many things planed, but as for things I've started, and not finished, my medieval town, which is currently in need of several more buildings, and a castle in need of extensions.
