I've seen this in a few maps now, I really wanna make it myself for my map. It's essentially a mouse key thingy that shows up if you hover over an object or whatever, and you can pick up that item/object. This is what I mean...
Basically, I need some beta-testers for this map epic map I've almost finished.. It's a long-ish story map, about 30-60 mins of gameplay. However, I'm not 100% if it's good enough to publish yet, so I need players' feedback which'll help me in finalizing the map's development. If you want to be a beta-tester, link your e-mail, and I'll send it to you for you to review. Thanks
Note: I need people who are fairly expirienced with map making, and can give a proper opinion on it.
Im making a horror map, where you're there's this serial killer that's chasing you. set up all the redstone, but... i cant find a scary head for the killer lol. link me the scariest or creepiest one u can find! thanks
I'm making a map... and I almost finished the whole thing BUT I have one problemo: IDK HOW TO ROOF A SECTION. So basically, for this specific section it'll be a futuristic-ish office, but I can't make the build have light, while looking stylish! I tried just white stained glass as the roof, looks horrible. Tried night vision potion and full light gray concrete roof, also looks horrendous. Tried a mixture of both, still terrible. So I'm completely out of ideas. If anyone has any good ideas, please tell me! Thanks!
i have NO IDEA WHY but whenever i try to use the title command /title @a title ["",{"text":"Message Goes Here","color":"color"}] it doesnt work... even tho it worked for me prior............if u could tell a command that actually WORKS that would be appriciated! <3
fyi i want the command for this kind of thing: (see below, image)
all you do is just keep adding more text and editing the text i recomend using the click events to trigger setblock commands that sets a block of redstone to trigger a command block depending on the option that way each command block will be fore one option and you dont have to worry about the head ache of nested commands
btw how do i make it not say the player's name, in this case ''<Samueliscool223>'' and replace it with ''[Your Thoughts]''
i tried using that mcstaker thing. Spent 2 hours trying to figure it out. I managed to make it work ONCE, but even then it didn't work when i clicked on the option. UGH who know something like this could be so complicated >:I
so: im trying to make a systematic way of interacting with static objects, for my map. in this case, its an armour stand, as i want to interact with a human like figure, and not some NPC like a villager. because that would look oldschool. and my map is super dope and set in the future lol. ANYWAY i was looking for a way for the armour stand to say something, then you get 2 options you can pick as a reply, both say 2 different things essentially creating a butterfly effect (ie, it will affect stuff later on in the map., but thats irrellevant) BASICALLY i just wanna know how tf u do this because i was looking all across youtube and couldnt find a single video forfilling my exact wants. the closest i could find was this, but it only helped me with doing singular option pickings. so yah :/
