    Well

    I was helping a member out of spawn, then coal temp banned and kicked me for that. Coal then got into a dispute with a player who was plagiarising a build. I then made a bad, sarcastic joke where I imitated someone plagiarising as well. being humourless and all, Coal didn't find it as funny as I did, and kicked me again.

    I then messaged someone else what I honestly think: That he is humourless, overreacts to things, has a sense of unwarranted self-importance. Then, either who I messaged it to ratted me out, or Coal is nosy enough to snoop through private messages, and I get banned for 'insulting a mod' despite the fact that it was in a private message and the fact that I should be allowed to express my opinion (You don't see a mayor exiling someone from a town because said person openly criticized them).

    I would like a second chance, and I also believe that coal needs to loosen up.

    I finally got this mod, it is great quality! I love making custom boats on my world that is all-ocean :D

    Just a couple bugs though:

    . TNT does not damage the boat, or affect the hit points. The only way to affect it's hit points is collision damage, which brings me to another issue:

    .The boat doesn't collide, it freezes when it goes into shallow water.

    . When I placed water in the boat I was creating, the water disappeared once I created the boat.

    I'm not criticizing or anything, just pointing out those three bugs.

    It might be a compatibility issue, do you have any other mods? (I know you do, grinyov.....)

    Also, while TNT can be used as a depth-charge, water has a very high explosive resistance, and TNT detonated in water does no block damage.

    Some ideas for types of torpedoes:

    .Regular torpedo that fires horizontally, used for engaging other submarines, underwater bases and ships when the submarine is surfaced.

    .anti-ship torpedo. Fires like regular torpedo, but slowly rises to the top of the water and keeps going until it hits a ship or a certain time limit. This would be used for engaging ships while submerged.

    .vertical torpedo, fires vertically and can be controlled some-how to engage airships, in the event that you add them.

    At the moment my friend is trying to test compatability between this mod and flans and SDK, but he has a problem. Whenever he makes the boat, it goes to the loading screen, and freezes at "saving chunks".

    The cannons are amazing. I am actually developing a server with a friend that revolves around this mod, the players will be battling with the ships and cannons to defend their islands and control the seas.

    A couple questions though: Does the cannon make noise?

    Also, will there be other types of cannons like this, WW2 artillery, and rockets? And will submarines have their own weapons? Like torpedoes, sea mines, depth charges, etc.

    Hey guys, I need a bit of help.


    I am developing a server with a friend. The theme of the world will be a deep ocean, with islands scattered along the map, with long distance between each island. Each island would be between the size of survival island and a mushroom island, and maybe there would be a multi-biome continent every 100 islands far from any other land.

    Players will be using flans modpack and the ships and boats mod to travel between these islands.

    My question isn't about the mods, we have that covered and I will ask that when or if I need to.

    My question is, how do I make the whole map consist of oceans and islands of the size and distance I described?

    Is there a terrain-generation program I could use? Is there a way to do it with MCedit? Please enlighten me.

    I would also like to know if there is a way to make the players spawn on random islands, and how I could go about it if there is a way.

    A cool Idea would be an anchor that you can drop. When the anchor is dropped, the boat automatically stops and stays still.

    This would be especially useful if you implement some kind of current or wave system.

    I would definitely most like to see cannons, ground vehicles and submarines.

    An aerial verson would be awesome as well, I personally think that if you made an aerial version of ships, it would be better than ZEPPELIN mod, because it would be much more stable.
