HOW LONG HAVE YOU PLAYED MINECRAFT.: I've been playing Minecraft for about 4 years now. I've recently started owning servers 2 years ago.
How much experience do you have. (Need Details): I owned a server GameBoyPvP for about 3 months before it was shut down. We have an average player base of around 40-50 on at a time. It was a very good community without much toxicity.
WHY DO YOU WANNA BE STAFF OUR SERVER: I would love to be staff on RifleMC as I believe I can bring a lot to the table. I am very mature, good at catching hackers, I am very active, and I really love to help people. Ever since I was about 5 or 6 I really loved to help people. This staff opportunity would be amazing because I would be able to help people as I have always loved.

What experience do you have in building or moderating servers? Elaborate on what you did and where:
I havent been a builder on any minecraft server that I have worked on so I will talk about my moderating.
First I will talk about "Red Ice Factions" a small server that I have worked on.
"Red Ice Factions" was a nice humble minecraft server, I have been promoted twice on that server.
First Sir Helper then Mod. I worked on the server everyday for about 4 hours I loved the player base
and all the people that played it except the hackers. There were not that much hackers on the server.
I banned 2 of them when I was staff on the server. First one was I saw a video report of a hacker and he
was flying so I had to contact the owner because I was helper and I could not ban and get the owner
to ban the fly hacking hacker. Soon I had to quit because of me not having a lot of free time and not doing
the stuff like my school work. It was a lot to put up with so I left the server and the owner was fine with
that happening. After long time the server was shutdown, I don't know why the server shutdown.
Now I will talk about TheGridMC. I was staff on there for a while but I quit after a while because of staff
abuse and that was pretty much it for moderation. but I have more experience in the admin area.

Yes I have been banned before, one for hacking on kitpvp. By the way I don't hack anymore this was in 2015.
Then they other was that I was banned for hacking on mineplex. But I didn't hack I don't know if
Someone alted my account and hacked on mineplex so I got banned for fly hacking. It said I was banned
for flying on bridges and I didn't even play the server once!
How much time can you dedicate to the server each day?:
Three to four hours on weekends, 2 to 3 hours on weekdays.

I would not like to tell you about my personal life... I should be accepted because I em mature
well behaved and experienced.
