    Yours, so far, is winning by allowing stat boosting and evolving. Plus the adrenaline rush of hoping the pokeball works after you throw it. Great job capturing that feeling.

    The silver dungeon boss only fights you after you get 10 victory medals. Those medals are dropped by killing the incredibly difficult, near cheating, highly powered valkyrie women that randomly spawn while you are exploring the dungeon. Their attacks make your armor seem like paper. Good luck

    You give the medals to the boss I believe. I personally never survived 10 valkyries. All that jumping causing them to double strike and more...

    That is typically a glitch related to using SinglePlayerCommands without the patch for it, though at times it might still mess up and do exactly that. I, since i never use SPC, never respawned trapped in the nether forever. Maybe that's the case?

    I never called you stupid, I was merely asking to make sure. Some other people may not have done a fresh jar and merely tried to update that way. I'm glad you did a fresh jar. I had no intention to berate or insult you, and I'm sorry you took it that way.

    Please be sure that you need to NOT have 1.01 in when you update. 1.02 has to be put in fully, not placed over 1.01. So if you did that, I do not know.

    Nope. I did that to my caterpie. The option didn't appear for Pidgey.... at least, I only leveled him to 15. Caterpie went to Butterfree at level 10. But hey, that sounds a little close to the game too.

    I thought about that. It seemed.... boring and a lot less like a pokemon battle, which I wanted to imitate and feel like a trainer. But, seeing as they die so fast (unless you cheat in enough rare candies to boost everything), it's hard to legitimately level them in a cool, pokemon battle style. Not impossible, just very very difficult. (Especially since if your pokemon die.... you now have a unusable pokeball and no way to get your pokemon back.)

    I'm sure you've already stated it (or someone), but a pokemon center... or some way to get your pokemon back would be nice.

    Again, love the mod.

    I'm guessing this game uses a lot of resources, as my computer has 8 GB of ram and Nvidia Geforce GT 540M graphics card. However, once I turn on "fancy" graphics and i am near a pokemon, i would lag frequently. Then i turn off fancy, suddenly everything is fine.

    On other news, the pokemon need your help when fighting at first. I understand that. BUT they die so fast so easily. The Pidgey's health is so low even when leveled, and I don't think I saw it evolve yet >_>. Not only that, but the attacks are happening so fast and they are bouncing around like a maniac that i can't use my wheat on them in time before they die. I mean, my Pidgey AND Caterpie both got easily killed by a mere spider. (Then later, it was a mere zombie.)

    Maybe lower the damage they take, or increase health possibly? I know you can add what few points you get into health, but the bonuses are not enough to keep them alive long enough to do much.

    Otherwise, I love this mod.

    The aether does use a lot of ram for everything. I do not know much, but that may be the case if it continues to just hang during or after the main menu. A lot to load, ya know?

    Making some basic furniture using stone slabs and wool blocks (of various colors) would really help give it a nice homely feeling. (By furniture, a stone slab placed on the ground, and a block of wool on its left and right. But you probably knew that)

    No, but having more mods is likely to cause conflictions with the Aether, being a large mod. Try just running Aether and supporting mods.


    I just reinstalled with a clean jar and the exact order which you mentioned earlier in the forum. Sadly, I still get the spider pain sound. AS WELL AS the "broken repeating" noise whenever i try to look up an item in the Lore Book.

    Thank you for such fast support however. You are definitely doing a wonderful job working on so many people at once by yourself.

    I made sure to grab the newest updates for everything. Audiomod, however, is still only in 1.7.01 (so you cant get an update of that). Unless there is another person who updated it?

    I found something else that confused me. Again, a clean jar and only the mods required for Aether are installed. But whenever i get hurt, I get the sounds of a spider getting hurt. My human sounds are gone. Is it because of audiomod not being updated or something?

    Your update has fixed quite a bunch, but I've noticed something important. Whenever I place an item in the book of lore volume 1 (surface), it tries to play that happy little sound. BUT it will continue repeating the noise at super high speed, as if its just repeating the very first note (and sounding like an engine). That is, it does that UNTIL i take the item out, where it then does the entire happy sound without a problem. So the noise is only correct if the item is taken out of the book. But if left in, the noise is continuous until you close the book or take item out.

    Is it something I've done wrong? I'm only using JUST the mods, clean jar, that are required for aether. Then again, audiomod is still in 1.7.01...
