    Okay, few thing. currently on b16 skiped14,15. I have rift from b13 and currently his size is around 10 block. The flux on meter dint go down 50,8. The events like wisp, sparkles, flux phase and taint seed occurring but flux dint drop and rift dint close.

    I plant the silver trees. They replenish the aura but flux still dint dropping this number. I try kill all taint dogs and golem, remove rings and store glove, dint work. (dint remove thaum fortress armor.) (thats my 3. rift but alredy survive 3 or 4 seeds.)

    I have my home near spawn and if spawn are not anchor (always loaded chunk) then dint leave you rift unprotected. I meet the taint uprising and after dealing the seed and uprising (no army of taint slimes.), that dropes regular slime balls.


    Did anyone have similiar observation?

    Hi, all.

    Can i ask if this is a beta if there is any moderators commands, for emergency purpose like (clear flux in range from mi position, repair aura, kick thaum monsters so they can respawn... ) and pls link where i can read abou it.


    I was thinking if Azanor using some time of code or personal graphical program to (i dint now, log area in radius 5 for items block and interaction for 5s?) log and then sort thinks like cauldron so he can see all variables before and after a item has tossed down... and see whats going on. As i have the feeling the standard logger dint do the magic. Probably this program can help whit debugging, when his bug hunters can record bug event.


    Im not playing lot so i dint know about current crimson heart, but will be nice if they mages have other spell attack to, that only fire ball? (maybe is on list to do that they will have actual wands (ehm goblets) whit all elemental possibilities for fights and (leveling?). And light will indicate what element they use. And there will be chance to drop that weapon, or orb.)


    Are whips drooping random shards? (based on they element?) Can they just drooping permutation and aurum only?


    Hostile mob witch. Currently is alchemist. But it will be nice if there is a caster to. A light on necklace will probably indicate witch element it use. (probably idea for mooders)


    Some mods spawn blue slime that drops blue slime ball. Can there be a recipe that will unlock if game has blue slimes that transfer blue slime ball to (green)? I don't know probably purified it wit snow ball in work table using flint and (wood cup? Dint remember what is call)

    Or using snow ball whit some life essence to get slime ball.


    Some times is hard (annoying) to find specified monster so can infusion mechanisms be able to create a specific spawn egs? (chickens, villagers, bunnies (failure will be killer bunny), winter blazes...) Of course it will cost hell resources. (probably idea for mooders)


    Some mods spawn gems. Can they be used in thaumatology to? (probably idea for mooders)


    thaum villager - you now a villager that trade thaum stuff. (dint see any jet)


    mage defender - a mob that can be villager friendly? Using spells to defend colony, run towards crying colonist or run off when his ho go don to 50% and dint return if is not until 75%. Be stronger if you trade a thing to him. Or donate a orb whit battle ability. Be still friendly until received damage from you dint cross 50% of his hp. Be spawned by spell or size of the colony. Or be spawned as a assasin, whit bounty on you head. (only if you xp level +30?) (probably idea for mooders)


    And i said that i look forward what lies after outer lands.

    Are destroying obelisk delete the maze? (if implemented)

    The trade guy from magic forest are kleptoman. He spawned or somehow get to cave. When i was mining he just go for the drop and i accidentally hit him. His hitting to me has not been so accidentals. So be careful when hes around.

    Sometimes or by some mods. Zombies and skeletons wears armor. Can they wear a thaum stuff to?

    About research table. I was thinning that the focusing on category can give you a 30-85% (chosed on 1. card when you paid if you want heavy focus on category) chance a drop of 3-4 card at once:

    +one give loots of point but cost you resources, and can contain break points research

    +second give few points and cost low,

    +third can be focused on you selected category but is not necessary - give some points dint cost nothing (paper),

    four - messing up card (can contain anything from previous categories but some like: -double current research points, -sacrifice 10-30 papers to get research study i am focused, -get mi a head pain but give me that research study that i am focused and scarring the rest of papers -some back steps as are now or give something to any/all category -maximalize focus on selected category or kick off unfocused category


    But having focus on category from begging is something that dint sound fully right. Its merely feel like i need research it first. then if the focus category are not pressed or not present at all. the first draw of card can contain:

    -research of categories: where you can unlock focusing on category plus something i realize that you can unlock the previously mentioned experiment button by TrebliG07: all papers or study done are count in two numbers "all research point earned" and "current reserve of points" when you can spend these point to get the random studies relative without warp.

    -focus me on (random selected name of unlocked category): Disabled if only one category is present

    -light research: weak card game when most card dint have requirement to any resources and even if its some lame 1frs tier of shards or some low stuffs like clay. Can accidentally contain focus on category card. (when focused button pressed: 30-50% probability to category card occurred, related on "all research point earned")

    -veteran research: All spectrum of card. (focused: 40-75%)

    -Pro play research: Mostly medium or high cost cards when the last presented are always back step as a penalty to not have/ know the item needed to progress. (focused: 50-85%)

    -Random scratches: Rare card that expressly consume papers needed to complete study whit random addition +0% to 200%, instantly finishing the study, to give you random points, on unlocked categories, whit possibility none punishment.


    So but based on researching/study head pain can result to summon transparent little dwarf(s) or miny-Me (who know what i mean?) that can be annoying like opening crates, stare at you, fallow you, yelling at monster or others stuffs, that can on cannot be targeted, or can and cannot interact whit you, based on insanity. Its a alternative to warp from research/study. Or just a transparent animal/item based on what item are missed in active research. (the animal can drop the necessary item but you can pick up it) Mostly disappear after sleep.

    warp only a temporal or just only one per breaking point. Not insanity from the same card/page again and again.


    some strange idea for mo creatures mod: Pegasus (horse bread) are result of Thaumcraft


    If TC is something steam punk oriented then there is question on rail craft fans: Will you wish for thematically connection between theese mods or just go for train craft as a addon mod for TC.


    I was thinking the infected blocks by Taint are burnable. Its proved to be wrong conclusion.

    I miss builder focus. It really faster up my constructions. will it be back? Will it be capable goodly handle stairs? (Block rotation) or will it be handle making circles or just other ways of construct? Maybe there will be possibility ti use middle mouse button to change effect and rolling mouse well to change number of blocks. Maybe even ability to switch from where it can build. (IN TC5 it vas from seeing block to you. Maybe now if i want wall: from ground to up on set number of block) Ah... dreams... Wait... holes filler for outlands labirint?


    I dint have munch exp whit golems but.

    Eh in TC5 i remember that i have golem siting in crop field and his mission vas collect drops (It was farm who drops full grown plants.) but he dint see them (mostly) even they have been 2-3 block in front of him.

    Wait, dit TC6 B4 contain " forge-1.10.2-12.18.3.2511-universal.jar "? Because i added it to the game for other mods (Forge, Jei, AppleCorre, Back Pack, FLs?, Inventory tveak, Jurney-map?) and as early stated:


    -Forge manipulator have break down: All Icons start missing when circle(forget name) is added, leaving some times only hexagon. Triing press craft button cause game crash. PS: Its showing me error message OpenGLError 1283 stack overflow, mostly when opening manipulator.

    -particle system for lighting focus break down. Lighting stayed in air smudgy for several seconds.

    -some effect of transported essence dint show or dint show at all.


    -Books crafted on anvil (like Fortune I + Fortune I = Fortune II) and on enchant table are not accepted by my Magic book and infusion enchart.


    Suggestions:

    -Hedge alchemy 2/4: Items need to be crafted (gun powder, slime ball, ink sack, glow stone): How about drop the requirement to complete task from all to 75%? (I still dint find slime) That can be applied even to smeltery research.

    -craftable Bunny Hide: just cow leather and some desideruim.

    Question: Are spawn chunk protected against Tain? If no and massive tain outbreak occurred and you home is lost the world will be practically lost, yes? How about player dead count to reduce or wiping % of taint infestation on spawn. And probably turn the previous infested area into nether Rock.


    Antique Atlas Its a map book whit marking ability. Will it have some add-on to support it? I mean if it will auto mark obelisk and recording maze on outher world? (probaly wrong site askink for it)


    I wonder if addons mods creators start working on their ad-dons if there will be mod-pack on technic launcher site. (For upgrades when it comes)

    Sorry this will be loonger…


    How about that when holding Thaumometer you will not be able interact Right click whit things. No dumping to cauldron. No accidental open chest or enter tables.


    Do you know how hard is to find rabbits on some worlds? (When I find one he kills himself.)

    When I am on it… it just a idea that catch mi interest… A mob (assassin/Hitmen/Bounty Humter) that is hostile only for player mostly ignoring other stuffs like golems. Only retaliate when are attacked by others aspect. But he can be spawned in villages or in wildness as a result of massacring villagers or cultist and flux. His stats and stuffs are counted from player stuffs that carry. (Armor +(1 leather, 2 metals, 3 dia, fortress, void mage)point each piece, Maximum shield +0,25point each, weapon level (count only highest), +(1-10)valuable stuffs player carry. +0,1per xp level.) This mob will disappear after player die and don’t spawn when player value is low. Plus hidden time protection, to don’t spawn to often after players dead. (and the message can be: A Hitmen has show. A bounty has been subscribed on your head.


    In TC5 I dint like much dead stare. But how about it will attract potentially hostile specimens? Like it can attract zombies from larger distance and, not accidentally, multiple it amount, or spawn new amount ones that will disappear after the effect is gone. It can even spawn killer bunny or other animals that will be mark as hostile to player. Or mad chicken that go ruin your garden turn you field into seeds. Its means they eat everiting that grow more that seeds.


    Second it was chain attack that attack on secondary allies. (I think there was mod to it) but it’s not good losing allies, golem, villagers to this ability.


    Praecantatio source? How about spell or alchemy that fulfill vials in inventory by xp from player

    (like:

    Player have xp level 10. That’s 170xp.

    Lets says it consume 5 times xp to create one vial whit 8 Praecantatio. Then you need to be at last level 3. (51xp) to work. So 170/5= 34 Praecantatio = 4 vials. Back to level one.

    Or from level 9-10 is 17 xp, what can be 17 Praecantatio and 3 vials. Plus 1 level as a additional payment and you left whit level 8.

    Or just one vial per 2 levels.

    If I remember correctly there was some add-on that allow use Thaumometer in inventory.

    Is Ordo a metal/mineral, if Terra is rock or soil? How about Andezit, Diorit and Granit have ordo instead terra?

    How about mined ores will not drop block but item, like native * cluster, or coal?

    Are working whit possibility use Unit dictionary mod? (For not have x version of same copper ore from x mods)

    Are there some potions (no milk bucket), clothes, items, enchants to deal whit poison. Like “poison protection I” that for every second of poison reduce poison of another second. (II on another two,…)

    Not sure if this true or not. Will the focus upgrade table have more options to makes upgrades? Normaly special upgrades are on level 3 and 5. But I have two level 3s. So more space in chose upgrade space.


    How about taint invasion will sometime don’t spawn taint but some creature like pig zombie, or fire bath, that dint cause taint? Especially when players have low level, or have low insanity. So taint will not spread violently if player (in near) dint have hig level/ valuable equipment/ or hig insanity, or just dint spawn on it tentacles violently. Oh wait, never mind…

    Can Tained infested area have glow? To be spotted from range like cloud in the sky. In Overlord of course.

    Someone say Taint can be burned down? What? Where is mi fire focus? Its time for Pirus victory. It will be nice ide to cause the blocks to burn.


    How about a structure “Taint burner beacon.” Just run into heavy infested area. Buld it there give a loot of burnable stuff to it to fuel. Wait until magical heat reach the destined value from when it start wipe out taint infection from large area around. (if the chunk is not loaded. It can place the wipe out value as a load attachment. Or not?) And survive the outbreak of monster that will this create. Death of last player near the beacon will fast the process on finish when the respawn button are hit.


    Or just a device that will have possibility to collect some of flux from smeltery… and suck it to flux barrel. This item cannot be mined without releasing flux into area. And some cultist will be really attracted to it in order to break it as a revenge to you. So back to pipes if you need move it.

    This TC is different that I was imagine.

    Firstly I was thinking that there will be no vis in chunk only vis restore rate, because the player will carry the energy inside him. (That will make sense if there will be manna wells structure or nature manna wells when chunk have high rate.) Player will need to gets sleeps (fast)/ rest(slow)/ eat(post hold negative effect, or just increase the value needed to show negative effect. Resetting when sleeps.)/ potions: to replenish it and to combat against worn out/exhaustion that can cause weakness effect as slowness and others. The basic vis storage will be in mage body that can be increased by items, xpLevel. (Two numbers actual reserve and what he can obtain as a count from everything, as a safety means for bug losing mana from items changing.) The items, clots have effect on vis regeneration and exhaustion from restoring vis by draving it from aura.


    Then bad event will not happened based on chunks but as a result of warp/insanity/exhaustion


    About glows and wands. My thinking was that wands have additional vis store and they can have effect based of focus, caps, and core. The glove other hand is upgradable by gems(?) have no vis store if not upgrade give it and the effect is based on focus, upgrades and most importantly xpLevel of mage.


    And the obelisk are portals that can skilled mage set to not lead on outer world but to next stage. (Gate close in one minute) or link it between two obelisk to create a long range transport device. Or use to connect in teleport network. Just think a obelisk been in middle of city as a teleport. Then some insane mage whit loot of flux set in on to crab outbreak.

    And witch will be divided between alchemist and caster. So when using a witch hat it will not assault player but trade.


    And some multiblock enchant structure where it require a loot of bookshelf in vide range. Enchant table stick in middle, in front of it are table whit book of enchantment that’s show probability what enchantment will be inbound based on sacrifices on pedestals in range and how much will by probably cost your xps, and essence of cognitio and sensus. Placing a jar whit essence on pedestal will work and enchant table will take only what he need unless entire item. But items can be cheap, compare jars.


    But anyway good work, god luck, and I hoping for a great mod add-ons for TC6. So thanx Azanor, the… space… killer… octopus… whit… (*sound of blast / hair drier*) …
