We operate a small Vanilla-SMP server that is safe for you, your friends and family to play together on. Here's some highlighted features I'd like to share.
No pay to play/win
Simple build protection with in game shops to sell items to have even more protected area
Automatic Dragon respawns (Our dragon's name is Smaug)
Dynamic Difficulty (aka if you die a lot your personal game difficulty will drop) /affinity get in game will tell you your current difficulty.
TreeFeller for faster wood gathering
mcMMO for earning special perks just from doing normal Minecraft tasks
Magic (this is an optional area of the game if you want to play around with this type of thing)
Bedrock support (some area's of the game may not work quite right depending on what device you're playing from)
We are looking for someone that is interested in engaging with both our Discord and Vanilla-SMP community. Here's some additional detail on what we want.
What is it: This is a Co-Owner position...what does this mean exactly?
Another set of active eyes on the community to bring new thoughts and idea's to improve upon what we currently have
Balance out some sort of balance of active ownership when I am unable to participate for a period
There is no expectation on you to pay anything financially. If you should want to great but it isn't a requirement
You will have an understanding of what the server currently does and the overall vision
You will be a mature person both inside and outside of the community since you will have a very high profile for our community
Be willing to assist with bringing on staff as needed but discuss the needs with myself and even other staff
How much: This is 100% volunteer position with absolutely no promise of pay. The hope is that you would be able to play on the server for a few hours a week at the minimum...life happens though and I get that just give a heads up if at all possible.
Age requirement: Preferably 16+
About the community: We want to set your expectations right from the get go. No, we are not a giant active community of Minecrafters. Yes, our server currently does sit fairly empty but people do come and go and play on and off on a regular basis. DynastyCraft has been around for about 2 years with very little focus on becoming anything huge.

You do NOT need to know how to make plugins for this position but simply be comfortable inside plugin configs
Helper Position
Learn and know the server commands in and out and understand how the server works
Assist new players as needed and invite them in some capacity to play with you at least to start if they have no one else to play with
Perform minimal moderation duties when there is no moderator to be found
Be an active part of the community both in Discord & on our SMP server.

Hi! I'm glad you're taking the time to check out this thread Currently we are in search of a Co-Owner to help us manage various aspects of the community and is able to be active.
Details
Co-Owner Position Position Filled
Assist with advertising and spreading the word about the server
Be willing to occasionally contribute to any monetary needs that come up for the server
Help Manage the staff team which includes hiring and potentially letting go after proper review from the necessary resources
Be an involved part of the community
Perform a little bit of other staff duties as need be such as dev, administration, moderation and helper.
Delegate tasks to staff as deemed possible.
Ideally this position would be fulfilled by a mature individual that is 18+ exceptions can be made for those under 18 that can show a good maturity level. Any under 18 applicants would be subject to a lower role to start for an evaluation period.
Please also note that control over certain aspects of the community will likely be slowly delegated as time goes on as that level of trust is built, this is not to say we aren't going to trust who we hire but rather taking proper precautions to protect our community.
