    Heres a little idea. if possible (and its ok if not possible), try to find a friend that knows how to make music and have them make some BGM that sounds like Okami

    The new texture pack is GODLY!!! it feels so nice to be able to use this again without having any missing textures. Also, if you want to take the easy way out for the wolf textures, there is a guy who made a wolf texture to look like Amatarasu and you can download it and add it to the pack. Its a bit of a short cut but it works so you can work on other parts of the texture for the time being

    I tried out the updated version of the texture pack and this is all i have to say:

    OMG THE BACKGROUND OF THE MAIN MENU LOOKS AWESOME!!! the only thing that would make it even more epic would be to move the sun over to the right and have the screen go back and forth between the sun and a epic looking picture of amatarasu on the left. Also, some of the blcoks (i think its bedrock, maybe cobble stone, and one other block) have other textures in it. Like on one of the corners was a very small animation for the portals. The only other thing that was weird with the texture pack was the fire, nether portal, and the lava (probably the water too but i didnt test it). The fire didnt move at all, the nether portal was completely clear, and the lava didnt animate when it filled up another block. I am using minecraft RC2 and that might be why. I hope that you fix the bugs and add epic artwork. I can't wait untill the full thing is done!!!

    Please don't tell me you've stopped updating the texture pack again. 1.8 is coming out soon and i think we all hope there will be a new updated texture pack for 1.8

    so i was trying to think of some ideas to help add to the texture pack and heres what I got:

    Mobs:

    1)Pigs - The pig that teaches you cherry bomb
    2)Zombies - Green Imps
    3)Spiders - The giant spider boss you fight early on in the game
    4)Wolf - Amatarasu(tame), Amatarasu stone statue(wild), K9 warrior(Angry)

    Paintings:

    1)Very big paintings - they can be awesome pictures of Amatarasu
    2)2x1 paintings - portraits of the human characters
    3)1x2 paintings - pictures of some of the weapons like the whip thingy
    4)1x1 paintings - the celestrial brush patterns and texture_pack.png (i think its called that)
    5)2x2 paintings - the okami logo and okami texture pack logo

    Items:

    1)Clocks - The 4 clocks that appear when you slow time
    2)Bowl/Bowl with soup - any of the food items in game


    I hope this helps and you can update it soon cus i love this texture pack so much. Idc if you choose to and don't choose to us my suggestions. I just think that they might help a little with the development.

    I freakin love the texture pack and now that it works with 1.5 I'm so happy! But there were some problems I found
    1) water looks normal (I think its because water.png looks like normal water)
    2) lava looks normal
    3) custom fire doesn't work
    4) the zip file being in the texture pack folder crashes minecraft without me having to select (I was able 2 get around this since I have a Mac and there is a second way for adding texture packs on Mac)

    The texture pack still looks awesome without the water but the lava and fire annoy me a little. Since it is good but has some problems, you don't get diamond... only diamond ore that you must smelt.

    posted a message on [Adv][1.9] Neglesh's Pokemon - Kanto Region! WIP.
    The map so far is really good. I played though it and it does look like Kanto. I have 5 suggestions for you and they are:
    1) Don't worry about adding signs that say when you can go to the next area or stuff like that. For now, just worry about making all of Kanto.
    2) If you have plans for NPCs or other mods that effect game play, upload them as a second map so players can have the choice to play with or without mods
    3) If you aren't planning on NPCs, make it so all the gyms have a puzzel to go through in order to get the badge
    4) If the ability to use a HM outside a battle becomes possible after beating a certain gym, place the tool that goes along with that HM with the badge in each gym
    5) add a temporary minecart track so people can go back to Mt. Moon once they enter Pewter city

    I don't get how the "hub" connects to everything. Also, neer the TNT launcher is a room filled with redstone, redstone torches, chests, and two switches right outside of it. Whats the point of that room?

    I also have a Mac and tried many ways too to get on (playing offline, using a second account, and in browser) but none also work. I think Notch is working on a patch for that within the next few days. Also, Minecraft isn't made for PC because if it was, then Notch probably wouldn't have included how to use Minecraft on Linux and Mac. Also, he probably wouldn't have mentioned it in his blog if it was made for PC.

    posted a message on A very strange map
    So after playing around with webchest (an inventory editor) on my world 2, i was only put outside the map. So i deleted it and began a new map on world two. Now this map is very strange because after only a few second of walking, a noticed many very tall structers made mainly of smooth stone with dirt on the top and not one but TWO lava flows. one was coming from very high up and the other was a little above sea level. I think its a glitch but I'm not sure. Also, in the same area of the lava, the is a very short cave with a zombie spawner. I don't really know what to think about this but if anyone wants the file for the map, i can post it here... i think.
