Would a 1x1 texture pack be good for your Fps? ANd is it possible to make one, not just a 16x16 with one color?
of course it would be. but the game would kind of look like ****. I'm assuming that with a 3rd party tool, it could be possible, but remember, the images of your tools would have to be 1x1 as well.
Have u noticed when you go into deep water it gets darker and when at top its lighter DUH
My good sir, the hue remains the same no matter how deep you are in the water. besides, the darkening happens due to the blocks of water blocking light.
The texture for whatever that thing was was replaced in the game files by the texture for grass colour matching dirt block sides, so obtaining it maaaaaaaaaaaay be kinda hard. Jeb said that it was supposed to be for a spawn changing obelisk. Also I'm not sure if Mojang allows us to use their materials for mods.
in case you don't understand, this function exists already. it's called "custom skin". download the default skin and just use an editing program to change his textures. then use minecraft.net to use it as your account's skin. also, if you want to wear clothes OVER your skin, craft armour.
and even if that feature didn't already exist, did you seriously believe that it would be worth time that could otherwise be spent on making things like new ores, crafting recipes or fixin' bugs?
this post is a little too general. you need to be more specific, like for example " swamp mud "
or something like that
Thanks for the advice. Let me make myself more specific. In my opinion, if that algorithm is to be ever integrated, it should probably swap cobblestone, so as to populate the map with blocks added during updates the map was generated before. such as lapis lazuli. I would actually like it if some underground cobblestone in my map was swapped to it, and would be more fair for those with older maps.

Maybe the fiery ingot is using the same Block ID as something else? maybe something from another mod? maybe Pistons?

I think Modloader is having problems implementing the Fiery Ingot in your game. My guess is you should reinstall the mod adding said ingot.

Platinum?

No matter where I dive, the vignette/overlay retains the same hue, so that can't be right.
that's not a proper reason...

If that was the case, then why is it a triangle? Wouldn't a column suffice?

The image was already in the files, so I'm assuming he's working on it.
