I think by "sticky" he means that whatever they push sticks to them instead of being pushed away. Like if it was sitting on its side it would push the object away, but then be able to pull it back. A normal piston would just push it away, and have no effect on it after that.
Meaning they will be necessary to create a portcullis that works like a real one.

Indeed, thank you for the advice.
Sand block, cacti, then some stone sticking out the side of the spawner to block the light.
Thanks bros, great brains. Hive mind Success, bottles pop.

It actually works quite well, and I don't think the spiders are outright clogging it (or if they are, they're half-clogging it) but they're not getting carried out either, because they hit the 2x2 vents and climb the walls.
Do you guys have any suggestions as to methods I could use to make it so this stupid ass spiders fall through with the rest of the mobs? I'd like the string. I have also heard spiders can spawn in a 3x3x1 with a glass roof- if that's true I might just attach another tower that only makes spiders. But I still don't know how I would keep them from just hanging out on the ceiling.
I googled a lot but the terminology isn't concrete so it's hard to find exactly what I'm on about.

You would clench the muscles under your neck folds, make your eyes pop out a bit and then a shockwave of white-knight justice would reverberate through the internet and remove the texture from their files by the neck-beard powers of internet righteousness!
**** off, this isn't the ****ing Mona Lisa. It isn't a one of a kind piece being defamed, and noone is brought harm through derivative works. Pisssss Offfff

Funny troll is funny. Stealing a commodity is an entirely different subject from stealing intellectual property, in fact nothing has been stolen because obviously doku still has his files.
I actually could use Minecraft in a school project (skinned with your textures) if there was an applicable situation.

You cannot tell him not to edit your graphics if released in the manner you've chosen without accommodating documentation. I doubt you will be launching the legal crusade required to change this either.

Actually, if it's a texture pack to modify a game, usually the lawyers can make you turn over your rights to it anyway, technically.
And you're an idiot, too. You can reference just about anything for educational purposes and it's perfectly legal permission or not w/citation. Go to college before you try to quip about IP rights.

As if someone's life blood is the 32x32 pixel junk of a 10$ toy sandbox game.

Jesus Fing Christ, as if someone might not enjoy this version better; sorry, but you aren't that special for doing little square pixel graphics. He even gave you credit. Full of it.
