    Looks like an awesome mod, really excited about the bound sickle. Although after a quick testing in creative to make sure it would'nt crash my world on loading (I'm using the beta, good news is it does not crash so far.) I ran into the issue of wondering how does one create the bound sickle.

    but after some discussion I have come to wonder if microblocks are acceptable as part of the build. If they are fine I will finish the build and upload the world for you, they are the only thing that are not vanilla or blood magic.

    Even if you do not choose to go with my design I appreciate you taking the time to look at it.

    I think I should honestly give up the idea of NOT having a cave base and just make a cave base so I can actually get somewhere in my 1.7 world.


    While documentation would be nice (I am aware its in the works somewhere) you are lucky enough to have a thread like this one where if the wiki fails (I've noticed a few gaps) people should be able to help as you've seen. Also a creative world to experiment will take you a long way. Especially when it comes to the spell system and the alchemical chemistry set.

    What Orb/Altar tier? For example, if you found an Archmages blood orb in a dungeon chest, you would still need the tier 5 altar to charge it. If this is not your issue then I am out of my depth currently and I am sorry that I was not able to be more help.

    A new problem now. In the wiki pictures, you're able to see how much LP your blood orb has. Well, that doesn't show up on my end. Matter of fact, the orb does nothing if I put it on the altar.


    If the Orb is doing nothing, first you need to right click the orb to bind it to yourself. If that doesn't work then are you putting it in an equal or higher tier altar?

    I have a suggestion for another possible use of the divination sigil. What about the ability to click it on a master ritual stone to determine if the ritual is active or not? It would make some things easier because I have so far built two underground with a layer of material covering them and you cant see the particle effects from the bottom.

    So I'm not entirely sure, but I may have found a bug. I am using the ritual of the shepherd, I activated it and other than an initial drain of around 10k there has been no drain but the baby chicken has not grown, and I have checked multiple times to make sure its the right ritual (I used the ritual diviner) and its been at least 6 minutes since I started tracking the time it was taking to grow. Using the 1.6 version if it helps at all.

    Update: The baby chicken grew after 20 minutes, in that time I bred another which properly drained my network and grew rather quickly.

    Thanks for the info, sorry took so long to reply, I have been busy with playing with the mod. And I meant blood shards, and no it was a two hit combo, one shot, pause, second shot, maybe a second or less between firing. It's not super critical due to the fact that after I was done raiding the village at night (how I came across this quandry) I had acquired 11 blood shards. Even if there is some form of a difference in the drop rate, I still enjoy the blaster quite a bit, a great improvement over the traditional bow and arrow combination.

    This is an amazing mod, I am having so much fun with it. One question however, are there dramatically different drop rates when using the bound sword vs the energy blaster? I was getting them fairly commonly by hitting with the sword, waiting brief moment and hitting again. I got maybe one or two using the blaster, intentional or do the RNG gods enjoy trolling me?
