I have no idea what Spout is but if its a mod ill put it streight:I Suck At Mods. Without an automated installer it is impossible to install anything besides maps and t-packs.
Remington04 reffered me.(dont know if he was a member yet anyway but he was well known on the temp)
I usedto run a server, Knightsrp until our server provider kinda died.

- Spout is an alternate launcher, which allows us to use lots of extra contenct (plugins) without the need for each and every player to mod their files

- What do you mean by stealing?
Killing you and taking your stuff (robbery)? Yes, that is allowed. Defend yourself.
Taking things from your chests (burglary)? Yes, that is allowed. Lock your chests and doors.
Taking placed blocks like your wool floor (destruction)? No, that isn't allowed. That's griefing

The "netherrack in furnaces instead of coal!" suggestion has been popular for a while, and it's always overpowered. Why? Because netherrack is so plentiful and easy to break it essentially makes smelting almost free.

However powered rail already makes travel 100% free. So the same argument against using netherrack as almost-free fuel doesn't apply to powered minecarts.

So I suggest that netherrack be useable on powered minecarts as an alternative to coal and charcoal. It still wouldn't work in furnaces, and the powered minecart would consume the netherrack over time the same as coal rather than it lasting forever.

Unnecessary scientific explanation: netherrack is destroyed by the higher temperature of the minecart furnace, but can't burn hot enough to smelt.

This change would add two very important improvements to the game:

1) Powered Minecarts would become useful again, since you would always have plenty of netherrack as fuel. Travel would essentially be free, which is good, since that makes powered minecarts less obsolete compared to powered rail.

2) Netherrack would become useful. Right now people mine a whole lot of netherrack while building in the nether, and usually just use a tiny bit for a fireplace here and there. Powering minecarts would give players something to do with all those stacks of surplus netherrack.
