I think there needs to be a builder rank. This will be like a moderator, so it isn't a purchaseable rank. These players will be selected by admin via choice or application, whichever is more convienient.
Why do we need a builder rank?
This will be so that wardens dont waste their time building mazes, events, ect.
How would you become builder?
It would be carefully selected by a admin, with the same caution as choosing someone for Alpha guard
What can they do?
Build everywhere in the prision and spawn items. If decided possibly world edit permissions

Give them godmode (So they dont get killed with stuff) and have them test, so that you know they build well.
I mainly want this because admins are so spammed with requests they are hardly ever working on things the prision needs (More plots, expansions for blocks, ect.)
You should also be able to apply for this, one of the requirements being pictures of some of your more impressive builds.

96.228.147.128 Basilcraft is a server with nice people and nice towns. We currently need new players to expand our towns/teams and a bigger, chatty community. The Teams(2) are the "Hawk" and the "Elite" If you're a Hawk, you stay at a Resort called Ravenholm. If you're an Elite, you stay at a desert (I recommend this town to newcomers as this town is pretty new) Don't worry, you can venture out of your town whenever you want to! Here are a few pics:

I like it so far. You're typically calm during these videos, which is nice. Your humor shows a bit. You always talk during your mines which keeps people from getting extremely bored during those mining sessions. Needs tinkering in each skill, but overall, it's pretty good.
I also noticed you say 'Um' quite a bit. Try to keep it to a minimum if you can.
You can also do SMP Let's Plays which spice things up a bit.
