This may have caused the error. Try reproducing the crash WITHOUT this/these mod(s) before reporting it.
I am getting a crash when I attempt to install the new versions. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Had a quick question regarding the ChromatiCraft dimension & mod configs, and was hoping someone here might be able to help.
I am working on a modpack for use on a private server (a "SemiPrivate" pack as per the site's permissions page). I plan to include ChromatiCraft, DragonAPI, ElectriCraft, RotaryCraft and ReactorCraft. I am also using JAS (justanotherspawner) to manage mob spawns.
So the question is, what JAS settings do people suggest for the ChromatiCraft dimension/biomes? I've got a pretty good handle on EnderForest and RainbowForest--I've run into them before playing older versions of ChromatiCraft. However, I've never seen LuminousCliffs, and never progressed far enough to get to the dimension. So I wasn't sure what sort of mob experience players should have.
Reservoirs are strict in/out. They accept fluid from the sides (...and top? don't think I've actually tried that.), and will only push fluids out from the bottom.
Been playing with this some more.
I can get RotaryCraft's Fluid Pipes to feed into Chromaticraft's Crystal Tanks. But I can't get RotaryCraft's Bedrock Pipes to feed into ChromatiCraft's Crystal Tanks. I also can't get Enderio Ender Fluid Conduits to feed into ChromatiCraft's Crystal Tanks.
Posting this here, in case others have the same problem and this happens to work for them--
I administer a small, private server. We recently ran into a problem where whenever a player entered a specific MystCraft dimension, all ChromatiCraft progression was lost. The problem only affected a single dimension. It was reproducible.
Searching revealed other people had run into similar problems, sometimes with MystCraft dimensions, and sometimes with the ChromatiCraft dimensions.
I took the server offline and began going through the save files. What I found was that the agedata .dat file for the relevant MystCraft age had become corrupted (i.e., the file had size 0 bytes) (for me, the file is in .minecraft\saves\[WORLD NAME]\data). When I restored the specific agedata .dat file from backup, that fixed the problem.
I moved the reservoir to sit directly above the pipe, which did make the reservoir drain into the pipe. However, the bedrock pipes still are not emptying into the Crystal Tank.
I've recently come back to Minecraft and updated from v8 to v16 all at once.
So far, I've run into two issues. Not sure if I'm doing it wrong, or if they are bugs.
1) Crystal Tanks
My crystal tank does not appear to be working correctly. See screenshot. I've got a full reservoir up top, which is attached by bedrock pipe to the big crystal tank. As per the GUI, there is lots of empty space in the tank. However, the reservoir is not draining into the crystal tank.
2) Superconducting wire
When I upgraded, my ElectriCraft system was turned off. When I turned it back on, all of my superconducting wire spontaneously turned into lava. Does anyone know why?
Bug report regarding v10 - i updated to v10, and found the pipes by my crystal tanks to be oddly flickering between connected and disconnected (screenshot is of them disconnected).
Also, when updating I appear to have lost all my jet fuel and liquid nitrogen.
I fed them redstone pulses--no change. Also tried switching around the rune a couple times.
Update--I was able to get some connections to form when I put a container adjacent to the right Rift (see attached), but the attachments formed appear to be incorrect--you can't really see it here fully, but on the Rift to the left, they've connected on ALL FOUR sides.
Are EnderIO Item Conduits supposed to work with ChromatiCraft World Rifts? I've not been able to get them to connect (see screenshot). I tried setting the Aveste rune on N/S/E/W, and got the same result each time.
The Central Control does SCRAM once it hits 800°C. Since there is some delay to heat transfer it is possible that a core might exceed melting point while the CPU still is below 800°C. This is especially the case with exceedingly big and/or very fast reactors. One strategy to counteract this is to divide the reactor in multiple smaller units, which while still exchanging neutrons, are logically not the same reactor. This way you can have each reactor unit have it's very own CPU. Also it is quite important to have the CPU near the spot of the reactor which is most likely to be the hottest in case of overheating.
Huh. Yeah, my CPU is not triggering a SCRAM at 800 C. I'd post a picture, but for some reason the forum will not let me (it can't tell the difference between 500 kb and 1 gb).
Reactor design has a CPU at the center,
Ring 1: Rods and cores (core are at the corners),
Ring 2: Boilers.
Ring 3: Rods and Irradiation Chambers, in line with the cores (irradiation chambers on the left side and bottom sides, rods on the right and top
Ring 4: World Rifts in line with the cores; otherwise empty.
In addition, I use filler blocks adjacent to boilers to reduce heat loss.
General idea was to use World Rifts to avoid losing any Neutrons, and have control rods in the path of any possible neutron travel, with a CPU right in the middle. Unfortunately the CPU is not triggering a SCRAM at 800.
Is anyone able to provide some more information regarding how, in ReactorCraft, the control rods and central CPU are supposed to work in the event of a runaway increase in heat in the reactor?
I was testing some designs in my creative world, and as part of the testing I checked what would happen to the various designs if I cut all water supplies to the reactor. In each case, the reactor did not scram and a meltdown occurred.
In each case, prior to starting the reactor I confirmed that the central core was sufficiently powered, and cycled the control rods a couple times to make sure they were working. Also, I confirmed in advance that when the reactor was running, dropping the rods was sufficient to stop the reactor.

I've given up on getting the server working for now, however I am seeing another crash with a concurrency exception - crash logs are below.

I am getting a crash on server launch; from the crash report it looks like it ties back to a ChromatiCraft pylon. Any ideas on how to address it?
To make things more confusing, the same save launches fine on my PC; it is only when I try to launch on an online server that it crashes.

I've encountered a crash, which is present in both v23 and v24 (see below for crash report running v24). I am running the following of your mods:
The crash occurs so long as all of the following mods are present. If any one of these mods is absent, then the crash does not occur.
This crash does not occur when running v22

I am getting a crash when I attempt to install the new versions. Any help would be greatly appreciated
