I really wanna download the "You are the Creeper Mod," but I've watched some videos on it, and I don't know that I should. One video said you shouldn't have any other mods installed before installing this one, I have the Minimap and "Too Many Items" mods, it also says this mod could corrupt my world files and I should back them up. Because I already have mods installed before it, should I download it? and has anyone's world files ever been corrupted with this mod before?
I probably should mention I don't know how to back up my world save files (I really don't wanna lose them) I've been meaning to find out because I've been told it isn't hard. Anyways, do you guys think I should download it? Thanks for all responses in advance.
it truly up to you to download but here is how to back up your saves
1. go to your minecraft folder (%appdata% for windows)
2. copy the saves folder
3. paste it in another folder
to get back your saves
1 go to the backup worlds
2 copy & paste them back into the minecraft saves folder

i think you should wait a little bit longer. I had a friend buy some gift codes for 3 people but since he was impatient with the billing and continued to click buy it gave him 6 instead if it doesn't happen for another week contact Monjang and let them know that you haven't gotten your game yet
you have a weird problem have you tried reinstalling java and all that other common fix things if so try that out and if all else fails reinstall minecraft not by deleting the bin folder delete the entire minecraft folder (backup saves if necessary) if nothing works see if its printing out an error message that way i can see where the program goes wrong. usually people only get a black window not monitor.
Let me see if I can help but first I need details like hardware OS stuff like that and if this is just recent or if this has bin happening since you got Minecraft for all I know it could be that your computer cant handle it (no matter how weird that seams). if u can give me details and I can see what I can do

have you tried re-downloading both minecraft and the server software i think one of them might have gotten corrupted during the power outage
